Wow, I've been thinning my whites with a fork for as long as I can remember. I did it because i wanted the whites cooked completely - no runny stuff around the yolk. Good to see someone else doing it.

    Team crispy fried egg here!
Hot crispy white egg with runny yolk with Pad Krapao and all others the rice dish are the best for me.
(Imagine hot crispy toast with butter, they are not burnt! And great quality croissants with crispy layers and edges are not plastic things!!)
Just don’t let them sit too long to get cold and soggy they will be great with chili oils and seasoned soy sauce or whatever asian twist version of seasonings imo.
    Maillard reactions are key!!

Oooh, I like the "cut the white and spread it around a bit" technique. I like it a lot! I want my yolks at least over-medium, though. But that's just me.

I wish I like fried eggs. They look so cute! But I’m scrambled all the way; I need them all mixed together. But it’s nice to know how to make it for someone else ❤

Using a metal spoon on a nonstick pan is gonna scratch off the coating, not only making it lose the "nonstick" part, but also cause it to rust.

Crispy whites and runny yolk is a perfect egg ❤

I like to literally grab the yolk and slide it so it drags the whites in a perfect circle.
    Perfect eggs every time.
