I were in Japan last month, but unfortunately, there were no Parappa goods at all, not even in Akihabara :S I found Parappa, Lammy and Parappa 2 for 3$ each at a used game store, but that's it. However, Amazon ships to local "Lawson" stores, so you may find some gems there!

There's a moving interactive museum exhibit all about the history of video games called Game On. It goes to various different science and technology museums across Europe (Or maybe just Scandinavia, I've only been to the ones they set up in Stockholm and Oslo) and they have a small corner dedicated to PaRappa, being the father of modern day rhythm games and all. They had some of this merchandise on display next to a TV where you could play PaRappa 2. it was pretty cool.
I recently started to like PaRappa The Rapper and his buddies. My favorite is Lammy and I saw a Lammy from that Vinyl figure line. Let's hope she's not gonna be expensive.

Keep your eyes to auction sites dude, that's about the best advice I can give! You can set up your ebay so that you are alerted when new items pop up, so maybe set up some searches for Parappa :)
