- This is my coins worth money series that runs either every week or every other week highlighting a different coin you may find in pocket change or in a collection worth money. Whether it’s an error dime, variety dime, or key date dime, the dimes worth money are often worth big money - and I’m here to show you what to look for via a discussion of where the error or variety is on the coin and then close up pictures of it. If you watch, you may find dimes worth big money after cherrypicking.
This specific video is about 1967 dimes worth money - these 1967 doubled die dime coins can be worth $500 or more in the right condition! Best of luck finding one of these awesome 1967 dimes.

I got one finally something certain double die was in the exact same places and I can't believe how good this one still looks as good as a newer one I'm happy my friend's husband gave it to me today . I have to figure out what to do with my coins to sell any trusted suggestions I have watched you a good while now and would appreciate advice thank you
Does he answer any questions like yours and mine?
Very nice job on your videos I appreciate the way you explain everything, you do a great job. I was wondering can you explain the different levels of grading a coin. I've been to the coin sites and read their explanation of what a ms-65 is or ms67 but it seems like they're lacking in the details of that... like for instance when you have a bag mark, how deep is that bag mark and how does it look in a magnifying glass and does it detract from the coin if it's on the face or on the lettering or in the field... does that matter? what's the big difference between ms-65 to ms-66 or 66 to 68 the defined details that we can look at. Do you think you'd be able to make a video of that.
Hey - this could definitely be a longer term video. To be totally honest, it's unlikely I'll do it soon. Maybe try www.pcgs.com/photograde/ for some pictures of the differences.
I m new to collecting . Your videos are well thought out.
Very knowledgeable in your history of coins.
I have learned allot watching.
Please continue to share .Thank you
My name is waylon and I've had lots of these dimes so looked through them found one with the errors you talked about.its in great shape

I found one of these and aa few other coins would you be I terested in looking at them ?
The 1967 dimes with errors you say are worth $75 and higher, but you refuse to say where do we go to cash in? Many people say the same thing on all these coin sites. “WHERE DO WE GO???” No reply again?😮😢😮😮😮😮
Fr, like I don't know anything about coin selling, what am I supposed to do if I find a valuable one?
Well I've got good news
??@@BenPorter-bj8vh
It's only worth what someone is willing to pay..coin shops, pawn stores, coin auctions and even Ebay
I'd say you would have to get it graded and then auction it off
Nice. Thanks for the information. Thanks for sharing.

Treasure Town, I think I have a rare 1967 dime. You said to let you know. My step Dad was really into coin collecting, so I always check my change. The dime because of date caught my eye. Then, I researched and found you in the process. Could you let me know the next step as far as your expertise on the value/ errors, maybe you would like to purchase. I'll be way fair if so. Thank you, Rebecca
i know this is 4 years old, but i just found 2 error dimes, 1967 and 1966 both with the errors! not sure if the 1966 is worth anything but was wondering if i should sell them and for how much?
I have the exact same dime you just showed. And also a 1945 dime I just found as well.
On my dime the j is lower than the s and is really close together. For the doubling described in this video I need a stronger lens. Thank you for the info.
Hello bud I'm looking at one now had 10 months and just looking up 4 leaves on reverse, thankyou for video.
Thanks for the info, I'am from Tassie Australia and I know now I will have to check my American and also world coins out more careful..
Awesome! There are a lot of cool coins out there.
I have one of these coins, plus quite a few dimes that have errors. Plus I have a lot of 1964 Nickels, and quarters and pennies from 60's 70's 80's
what kind of coin container would you recommend if you are planning to sell
I just found one and looked it up and found you super cool I will subscribe and. I have a lot of coins that I have found and no place to sale them to any info would be cool
Not only do I have this dime in the description indicated but there's an extra curved groove line along the rim of the dime up above the date and a tiny knick chipped on outer rim of it.
Thank you

Neat!
I just found one in pocket change a couple days ago . 1967 dime . dirty but its one. Thankx bud
Very cool. Always fun to see if it has the error making it worth more.
I just went through 6 rolls of dimes. 4 of them were 2000 or newer with the rest being 1999 and older, with the majority being in the 90's. There was one 1967 in the bunch. I wish I had set it aside to look at it more closely. I'll have to dig it out tomorrow.
Hmm. They're pretty rare with the error, but I hope you find one!
His eyelashes are incredibly detailed as well!
I found one! I just looked it up & found your video. I’m not sure what to do with it now. Any suggestions?

Carmen I have a 1967 dime that I think its a damage coin, don't know what to do
How do I go about figuring out? Where to send my coin to get it graded
I have one of these dimes but don't know where I can get it graded
Seconded me too but it also has some other things that I am not sure if it was done by the mint or wear and tear....
I have a 1967 dime that' has missing clad on both sides. I'm going to look for other errors on my dime. Thanks
Hmm.. it could be normal and damaged. Or not!
Just found a 1967 dime in a bathroom on the floor of a gas station. Just saw your you tube wondering would you like to take a look at it.? Plus I have been holding on to a 1965 Quarter for 8 years. Been looking to sell or donate
Hey, I have one of the ones you are talking about with the doubling. Can you please help me out?
I just found one! How do I get it checked out, and who buys them?
I got one thank you for the video
I believe I have this 1967 dime and would like you to look at it. Thanks.
Bro I have one of these but it is tarnish with a black color. Any idea why and can I get it off safely?
I have a 1967 dime that is double struck. Can you please let me know what my next would be to sell this.
I have a few 1965's & four 1967 all D.D, I have one that's all brown color in perfect condition. I had got a dime in change a 2020 Dime, with rainbow colors on the back, and no copper around the rime, did I accidentally get a pure silver one,or did someone do some shenanigans with the coin, either way it's pretty cool. So, many wheat Pennies as well that one of my Great Uncles passed down to me. I had separated all S Mints, D Mints, and Wheat Pennies with no mint mark. Oldest ones 1920 1921, 1941's 1942's 1944's 45's 51-56 & the last year of the wheat Pennies thats supposed to have the Lincoln Monument was struck accidentally with the wheat, its a beauty perfectly shiny .I absolutely love my JFK Bicentennial coins and the Drummer Bicentennial quarters. Going on w/the wheat pennies, now have to all the years together. I have one wheat penny struck with five dates, and one with no mark as the four date 1949 but the one looks like this §949 like they took the S mint mark to fix the one in the date. Absolutely amazing history to have.
I have 1967 Roosevelt dime. Noticed it when it wouldn't work when checking out on one the automated machines. I could definitely use whatever the coin is worth. It's in great condition but I know nothing about coins or how much coins are worth..
I have one I always noticed how the word “in” and “we” looked but chalked it up to just wear bc I never seen another one like it until I just watched this video I’m not a big coin collector just certain things that I liked the reason I’ve had this for years is bc I it’s my birth year so I’ve found two 67 dimes over the years I recently suffered a neck injury that forced me into early retirement so I’m in desperate need of a hobby and started going thru the coins I’ve collected from all over the country as I was an over the road trucker for 29 years I been watching your videos trying to learn some things I appreciate any advice u might have on the best way for me to sell my coins as I’ve become more interested in the hunt and sell aspect rather than a collect and keep
I have a 1967 Dime. The 7 has a little slash going right on the bottom of the 7. It looks like a small z from naked eye. The Dime looks like a bronze color as well. Very interesting I think.
I've got one right here a d that's why I was watching your video to see what it's worth, thanks allot
