Why so many people are resigning and getting into coaching industry, if the job is supposedly so good? Shivin Sir is made for teaching. But I am observing a really disturbing trend. Something is seriously wrong in the civil services. Why so many people are resigning and getting into coaching industry, if the job is supposedly so good? Either the working environment is much more brutal in government than private sector, or the entire glamour, power, perks, lifestyle and sigma entry is all a LIE. Somebody please clear my confusion.
Bhai level 14 se level 1 sari job sirf job hi hoti hai government job ka craze sirf selection se phele tak hi hoti hai once you’re in system sb sirf ek normal job hi hota hai aur before koi judge kre I’m data entry operator level 4 job in central government 😊

Yes .I want to know the answer of this too..last year Ravi sir senior IRS ne bhi job quit karke coaching start Kiya tha..ek pe ek IRS officers quit karte ja rahe hain.
IAS ya IFS officers to coaching ke liye quit nahi kar rahe. Kuch to IRS officers ko problems ho Raha Jo humey abhi Tak nahi pata ..
Dr.Shivin, I dont have words to say but, all you do reminds me of steve jobs. When he dropped out from college he felt very scared of that but he says it is the best decision he ever made.
He says we have to have faith and trust in something. At the end we die, and there is no reason not to follow your heart.
