The best part of this is they can always add new monsters when new ones are created. If you pause on the whiteboard in the betting scenes you'll see lots more.
I think it's hilarious that the only reason the director didn't have Marty go swimming is because the actor is actually ripped and it wouldn't fit the character of a lazy stoner to have a 6pack
This movie is basically talking about us as movie audiences...we are the 'Anciant Ones' that expect things from our horror movies and if we don't get it then we rise up against those who made it and in a way end their world. I loved how they did this and made it with twists and turns as well.
I liked The Cabin in the Woods but I still think it could've been better, especially with how much promise the premise has. Well, to be fair it actually couldn't be THAT good because of the MPAA and capitalism, so no, you'll never get that gold product. But in a nutshell I only semi-liked this movie. Semi-disliked this movie but not for the general reason the horror nerds disliked The Cabin in the Woods, because of its satire on corny horror cliches but rather because it didn't go off the rails enough for my taste.
Marty and the Bong of Destiny 🤣 Someone please make that movie !
Well now we gotta get this greenlit! 😆

Joss whedon can wrote alot of awesome stuff, this movie got some similarities to his show buffy, but he decided to put it in this movie
"We're all alone." Nnnnnnope.

Ahh yes! I didn't even connect the Ancient Ones being us as the audience. Definitely a fun movie!
@@rustedshackles Yes it was a good and funny movie as well. Not what I expected when I first saw it either
