Thats a sweet build E-BG, I like the fact you can govern it not to crazy fast for your son for endurance all day not top end, smart. My kids first ride, we showed him what he needed to know then my heart dropped as he whipped it full speed toward a busy main road without stopping, it was bad movie, and one thing that I want tell other newbies he found out, when trail riding his chain got tangled up and derailed off the the front sprocket, he gets off it and as he puts the chain back on it lauched without him on it.. Look Out LOL, Shut off the controller power before sticking your hands up in there! Mine aint a natural like yours E-BG

Also, I'm real glad I took your advice and got some of the 10 gauge AWG Wire (1metre of both red&black) and 2 of the XT90 connectors, I had to use 1 of the connectors today from the controller to the battery as the standard connector was really small and fragile looking... The other connector and the remaining wire will defo come in handy when I upgrade things, your helps really appreciated, your the best!

I just fitted my 55v "full charge" 13ah battery 🔋 and a 22 amp controller to my 250w front hub motor, she's gone from 15mph to around 28mph and around 70nm Torque 👍🤟🤠💯 its a little loud because the other was a sinewave controller, but i can live with it for the extra speed ,i feel safer now i can get out of trouble easier with the acceleration,stay cool homey 😎
I have a foldable 48v ebike that came with a 12.5AH battery inside frame. Can I build a 20AH 48v battery and connect it to main positive and negative wire from the battery that's already inside it and run them at same time or is that not the correct way? I was going to have it on back of bike and have 2 wires connecting it to 12.5AH wires. Thanks.

Or could I just check voltage on both and make sure they're the same before connecting them together? I guess that Double Battery pack Discharge Converter isn't a lot and would save time getting them to the same voltage? I appreciate your help.

To be totally honest your price is one of the best I’ve herd and seen anywhere. You will not get this power in a major named brand bikes not anywhere close to it.

$1200 is cheap AF for a e-bike like that would u only get a battery for $1200 if you want to go get one online and look at what you get in the shop $7000 for 15 mph and only last for an hour or two fuck that. homemade is the way to go

My bike came stock with the mt200 with no free stroke adjustment etc but the deore xt m8000 and slx 2100 is compatible and it makes the breaks perform alot better plus they have the free stroke etc

Despite the triple digit temperatures out here in Louisiana, I was able to finish the 3000w bike. let me tell you, I HAVE A SMILE FROM EAR TO EAR!! on 3 the torque on this bike is unreal. Yup..feel like a kid again!

Yes you can. Two 48v 12ah in parallel will be a 48v 22ah battery

and how much amp current can a normal 52v 20ah battery take Max? i understand now you can not put it very high? then i fry/burn my batt?

Well I use a chain lube from Walmart and about every few weeks I will use the kit.
