I say this somewhat jokingly but also seriously, but I guide duck hunts during the season and even with a horrible diet and overall unhealthy lifestyle, I still managed to go from 265 to 250ish in about a month and a half. Not saying that you need to duck hunt to lose weight, but just walking around in the water (with or without waders) helps burn a ton of calories.

You'll love it! The anticipation is the worst part. Once you jump, it's exhilarating. Just don't do it on Friday the 13th like I did. No one noticed until we were putting the date on the waiver 😅
