Brother in podcast you talk less about your experience let your guest talk than it will be useful for audience ask questions about topic related not share your experience
This is podcast not an interview. His experience might be someone else's experience too so it helps him to ask some to the point questions.
Right, ye jyada bolta hai guest ko bolne hi nahi deta🤐🤐
True.. he speaks a lot.. there will be some interesting topic going on and ranveer will interrupt by telling his experience..
@@Jay-jp5zm bro plzz btao mein apni English kese strong kru😓
@@skylife7106 books padho, English content dekho.. meanwhile don't stress out if you think you are not good in English. It's only a language.
6:33 - Guys the "Ganji" she talks about is PAKHĀLA (PAW-KHAA-LLAW), also called as Pakhāl (in Sambalpuri) which is a staple in every ODIA household. It's a comfort food. You can eat it everyday too. Especially in the summer, add dahi (curd - preferably sour curd), a little bit of adrak (grated ginger), green chilli, coriander leaves and gobble it down. The parboiled rice is usna chawal, so PAKHĀLA is rice with twice the water (1:2 ratio or 1:3 if you want). It is easier for digestion, keeps everything cool in there. Rai + Curry patta ka tadka is optional. It's time that the world knows our food and culture.
Even people in Mangalore eat ganji on a regular basis
Yeah I'm from odisha and I did
I knew she was talking about pakhala here😂
Yah.... exactly!!.. when she was talking about "Ganji" ...i was like PAKALA reeee....😂... after seeing ur comment"dil ko thandak mili "✨
That Pakhala you are saying in Odisha that we call ganji in Telugu
In Odisha we call it pakhalo(fermented parboiled rice) and it’s a staple diet some people eat it twice especially in summer. It’s such a comfort food for us odia people
Ya bro
That's true bro
Yesss❤
Comfort food 😊
Healthy also in summer
I liked how she got to the heart of the issue when he was talking about it in a more convoluted manner..."IT'S THE STRESS!"❤ Good message
In Uttar Pradesh the common probiotics are Kaanji Vada and Kaanji - paniwala achaar. Kaanji Vada or Kanji Bada is prepared by diluting Dahi bada with water and adding powdered mustard seeds, salt and red chilli powder and left overnight to ferment. Kaanji ka paniwala achaar is commonly made during winters using vegetables like carrot/radish/black carrot. here the vegies are half boiled and to the same water with the veggies we add mustard seed powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and little asafoetida and leave it for 2-3 days to ferment.
Exactly in winters we used Pani wala Muli ka achar
I appreciate the fact that he actually researches and do all the prep work before coming and talking to the guest .
Rashmi is amazing in getting the important details in. Loved it!
The Ganji in Bong terms is probably "Phena(foam) bhaat(rice)" where you boil rice to a point where it's melted to a huge extent, it literally becomes a rice soup although the stock's been removed OR it can be "Panta(cold and bland) bhaat(rice)" great to be had with dal and lemon in a mixed/mashed format, where the rice is cooked, kept in mildly cooler water overnight and then people serve and have it.
😋panta bhat
Are kehna kya chahte ho lol
@@Agant00k This is Bengali Things. Bakio ke Samajh Ke Bahar Hai
Oh please it's also known as Kanji , rice porridge, every state has a different name it's basically made by boiling rice and serving it in the same water used for boiling
In Tamil Nadu we call it Kanji we add curd, small onion n green chilli and have it with pickle it'll taste heavenly❤
Half of the podcast went into discussing acne..there are so many other skin issues that are real and common such as pigmentation and milia. They did mention pigmentation but did not shed light on what causes it and what’s the treatment.
Can u make a video for pores also clear skin ..
In Bengali we call it Panta bhat which is cooked rice soaked and fermented overnight in water.
Let him also talk about his experience..that shows his involvement
In the topic ...
Yes we will also call it ganji 😊,, my maternal uncles used to eat this with curd when we were kids
whenever there is details or any steps are going in conversations please add graphic slide it will more impact full to understand
Dr Pal is great. He is service oriented and want to help without greed.
please TRS do a program on the connection between steriod and weight gain? and why it is difficult to lose weight after taking steriod as most doctors suggest that it is the same case with Annant Amabni as well? Thankyou
Hey dude, please do more videos on Tantric forces
Hi ranveer... Do you really use healing crystals?? From whom u bought and how do you use them??
Yes mai bhi Bengali hu fermanted rice khati hu alu vaja Onion mirci ka sathe it's ymm and full filling 😋
While I may not appreciate some of Mr. Ranveer's childish or less mature behavior personally, I am genuinely impressed by his research team. They have identified an opportunity in this space and filled the vacuum with high-quality content. My only (free) advice to him would be to conduct himself in a more mature manner.
How
Yeah 😂....i thought only I am sensing tat way.
Oily skin also means glowing skin
Kanji is a tamilian traditional food .my grandma use to put kanji ( pending rice with water + curd +boiled rice water + onion) ..next day morning we have that for breakfast or brunch..it's good for ur health also probiotic too
Kanji is tamil, but I m from mangalore, we call it ganji...
Mallus also call it kanni and kanji something like that...its a South Indian food...
@@nikhilkum7118 let's put it this way ..kaanji ganji is south Indians traditional food

It is said that completing the full course of antibiotics as prescribed is important. Is it considered a short term medication?
Great video .. with this you can use Moon glow tablets of planet ayurveda
Sir can I take vitamin c tablets for good skin?
Acne / pimples are formed by lot of circumstances.
Yes there is Gut health, hormonal imbalance both male and female esp from pcos .
Dandruff in hair , Stress , Not eatimg right food .
Not changing pillow covers frequently.
Dirty makeup brush , not washing face after applying makeup .
Not using the correct skin care product or over using it .
I guess there are many things to be covered and its depends on individuals itself .
I am currently suffering from acne still trying to find the root cause .
My derma have recommended few creams which is not helping ..
I am in a process of may be it will take time.
I hope everyone finds there cure too
If you are a woman, try spearmint tea! And also acne fighting ingredients like zinc oxide (aquaphor baby rash cream) and moisturizers like cosrx snail mucin, holika holika good cera cream, and Pyunkang yul.
If you are anyone. Just try three things:
1. Stop eating gluten grains(Wheat, maida, sooji etc). You can eat millets and rice so lots of options.
2. Stop eating any kinds of sugar
3. Use a mild foamless soap to wash face. Leave the soap for 10 seconds and wash it.
Optional:
1. Cook food in coconut oil
Try the above. The acne bacteria mainly survives on ur face by eating sugar and gluten.
I had severe acne no doctor advised me this. Kept on taking meds for long but no results
Eventually I came across this knowledge on youtube. Within 5-6 days of following these I cleared my acne. Hope it helps you. In case you try Please update ur results here below.
I would also suggest you to let guests speak more. I like you sharing experience as well but before opening every single subject, you end up overexplaining. I like your podcast! I hope you take this constructive feedback and your team/you acknowledge our feedback as we take time writing here.
You can find this fermented parboiled rice known as "Pakhala" not only in home but also in restaurants in summer.
It is very good for gut. Full of probiotics. Now everyone is talking about this , but we Odia people are eating everyday from last 1000s of years.

I agree to this but never in my teenage I had pimples except in late early thirties that is during covid I loved the smell of sanitizer and if I smell it more than normal I use to get a bad pimple.... eventually I realized but .... like I am having periods of migrane because of lots of Gass and acidity issue I still don't have any pimple.... I feel it's more of hormones too I am 37 now..
You don't look like 37 though
I am 52. Still geting acne😰
Using of curd in diet or applying on face is very good.I think acne occurs during harmonal imbalance, stress condition ,
lacking of vitamin E and C
The same happened with me. . I'm 28 now . I never had acne in my teens..but now Im prone to severe acne
through out the length and breath of our country we have natural home based food habits and cloths based on the geographical condition of the country. Kanji in Kerala is (was) almost the staple food.
We call it panta bhaat in Bengali and we never have it with mutton 😅
Dahi pakhala for Odia people ❤
In punjab we have pro pre biotic in alcohol and chicken
Talk about dry skin too bro 😭😭
I couldn't find any specific diet in this video....
Is the Dr. from Mangalore??

In Odisha we call it PAKHALA. Cooked rice put some water in it kept overnight, fermented, add a little curd, put some onions and green chilli and wahllaa😂. I had it all my childhood and teenage years and believe me my skin was so good. We even celebrate Pakhala divas in our state 😊
Is she any good, I mean is she someone that really does something to help ?
I accept u invite great guest but dont interrupt & dont share ur experience kindly
In Telangana it's called ganji we used drink ganji every morning
How about the person whose body never accepts any kind of medicine or antibiotic? I have seen the many dermatologists are coming with their mindset or practice and they are not trying to understand the need of person..
Can I get an answer of this question… please
There are so many skin issues you people missed
So many auto immune diseases such as psoriasis, eczema, urticaria, hyperpigmentation, lpp of different forms (a new thing many people are not even aware but one of the worst problem)
This is called Pakhala in Odia. And every odia eat it everyday especially in summertime.

Is she from Karnataka. She is telling about ganji.
She is tulu girl❤ 7:32
100 percent she's South Indian
Keralites call it "Pazhanganji" probiotic
I did not learn anything abt diet fm this episode. Only learned abt antibiotics n pimples
True that😂
The doctor mentioned about diet …..that Indian food/indian comfort food.. …That’s the diet… Dahi, and kanji /Ganji… basically probiotics…. They are very keen on telling this and any leading dr. Will advise you the same … we typical common ppl expect some foreign exotic food as diet… but in actual more regional is the most exotic
@@SoNa-rp1em Typical common ppl can not effort foreign exotic food so No they don’t expect that to b a diet. Have probiotics, no sugar, less salt r common advice
@@debosmitadey3559 and that’s the solution….. yes indeed it’s very common… but very effective
Eating only homemade food is the best diet and we all have that laxury
Host is more glowing than doctor though.
😊
Let youe guest speake !!! We watch for them.
why not in hindi launguage
If im not wrong she is form manglore or udupi (karnataka)

she is 50+
I guess not😅
Yes she is glowing indeed
Same question on my mind 😅😅😅
Ya that's a very good question.
Close to 4lakh views but not even 10k likes...???
07:50 it was food of poor people and it is still. Because our India is in first list of poor people in the world.
Sorry to say curd isn't the best probiotics. It could be worst though. The best probiotic is home made pickle.
Amla pickle which we make at home is that any good when it comes to gut bacteria??
@@Xaviers101 Any pickle would do, as long as it's stored and made using traditional method, even things like idli, dhokla would do
“In the gut” had me. 😂
Kia ye videos urdu mn translate ho skti hn . To es se itne log mazeed faida otha skte hn
No
We Bengalis call it 'pan-taa'(pantaa bhaat)
Abhi main bahut chinta main hun khae to kya khae 🥹🥹
Its hould be fauna, not flora
No, it's called Gut Flora
🙏
❤
For god sake plz let speaker speak and let them come up with solutions
Motton with pakhala!!! pakka that person is from odisha 😂😂😂n I am odia❤
bro why do they complicate things with the knowledge they have can't they keep it simple understandable to all
no disrespect but the derm blabs alot without giving clear, concrete info. I don't understand her directions and she contradicts herself alot. I'm Indo-Canadian and over here, every derm preaches sun protection. I'm not sure I agree with religious sunscreen use, but it does show that there is no one answer to skincare.
Didn't like the episode. It wasn't balanced..just acne, pimple, acne, pimple..
Ranveer listen I love you
Where is Dr. Rashmi’s glowing skin ?
I was thinking about that too...At first I thought she was 35+ age but soon after she said she's 50 years old than from an age perspective her skin is amazing....
This is called chaddi annam in telugu,
