A motherboard doesn't improve performance. It all depends on the RAM speed (if DDR4, go for 3200MHz for the minimum), CPU and CPU speed (clock speed), GPU and GPU speed (clock speed)
@@Cefte_ but I’d go for the 5600x. The 3070ti is a bad buy on its own, no cpu will be able to not bottleneck it unless you have the newest gen i7 or I9 and for amd the strongest cpu

I don't understand your way of thinking that a bottleneck can destroy your pc.
Uh, what? Even with an RTX 3080 on 1080p, you will have a hard time to bottleneck the GPU with an 5600x on higher Settings. It often doesn't make any recognisable difference, wether you use an 5600x, or for example an 5800x or 5900x.
