Let’s build slowly, take our time to get to the top. We want this to be a sustainable project instead of blowing money away like Everton and Man United. Let’s get back to playing great football on a consistent basis and never having to worry about relegation ever again by establishing ourselves as a solid top 10 premier league club. Only then can we start looking at pushing for the European places. There is no point in us heading into Europe without a good squad. This is why we must take our time and not rush into buying anyone and everyone. Slow rebuild is the key.
Everyone wants success as quickly as possible but yep, I would rather have sustained success that results in us being constant challengers than have a great season and then yo-yo all around the place.

You literally could not have a more polar opposite of owners, director of sports and manager from a few years ago to now. Ambition , professional and a short medium and long term plan waiting to unfold. Amazing
Might sound silly but for the first time ever I feel relaxed about our clubs future, I know we have the right people in place to take our club forwards!

You get a feeling that things are finally getting done properly now! Proper structure, link between departments and driving the club into the future. Hopefully quality academy players wont be getting overlooked in the future like they have done in the past with Toney, Forster, Tavernier

very professional interview like Eddie Howe. He brings respect, vision, experience, hard work ethic and confidence...you can just sense it with how he carries himself. This will resonate with players and staff both at Newcastle and elsewhere. Everyone likes to be part of a winning side. Big name players will be made and developed within Newcastle, others will want to come and play for the team..not sure how long it will take but it is being done right. Building a big fan base ..England..Saudi Arabia..and around the 🌎.

First impression a serious individual and a deep thinker, obviously a man with a clear vision, plan and focus, he has a template, he is a major cog in moving forward to the level we wish to go to. If we can recruit 1 established international level player per window and also 1-2 signings to bolster the depth of the playing staff then i think we are in good condition to really aim for UEL spot in PL and really challenge for a cup silverware from the 23/24 eason onwards :)

what you can take from both Howes and Ashworths interviews is the sheer professionalism and passion to do well and you know they have the weapons to do it just listening to them,I sincerely hope that PIF are going to back them and that's going to be the defining part ! $60 million for a summer transfer is awfully slim pickings
