    Hi Adam, I hadn’t taken a flight for seventeen years and had experienced a lot of traumatic occurrences that made dealing with things like flying much harder than when I was younger. Alongside somatic exercises to release trauma, I did your hypnosis and watched videos about planes and takeoffs and landings. I’m happy to say that I went to New York on spring break and was only really nervous when I sat down for the first time and the plane wasn’t moving. The takeoff was a bit uncomfortable and we had some crazy winds and a delay that would ordinarily have terrified me, but I rode through the discomfort without freaking out. So, thank you very much. Hypnosis really works!!❤❤❤❤

    This actually made my anxiety even worse. I thought I was going to be ok before my trip, now I feel even more anxious.

      First person or associated desensitisation works best when you’re feeling resourceful. If you’re feeling anxious listen back to it but imagine you are seeing yourself confidently flying like you’re watching yourself as if you’re someone else.
