BIG BLOCK 90s CHEVY TOW TRUCK LEFT IN TOW LOT TO RUST AWAY WILL IT START AND TOW AGAIN

Sitting in the an auction yard before D2K Motors was even a thought this 1994 Chevy 3500 HD TOW Truck was enjoying its retirement windows down stuffed between a rotating field of destroyed metal and broken dreams. We recently acquired it after years of waiting and this week firgure out why they retired this truck years ago. Hoping to have a new shop truck to move around our growing fleet of unique rides

The usual way to "restore" those if the cab's tired is cab swap which beats bodywork. If you're not going over DOT scales what the replacement cab came from is up to you if ya know what I'm sayin'. The automatics of course were crap but easy to replace or upgrade. DO NOT put a stock box back in a wrecker. Better clutch packs, metal pistons and a vette servo at minimum.

yea, were having trouble finding a used transmission for it, so after we find that she will get a good detail! and probably paint. That color is hideousssss lol

@@D2KMotors paint it a lightish colour and put your name on the doors be able to pull a Trailer behind it for recovery

Chevy's won't go so low or transmission fluid or it used to be way with the older models.

The supra is low priority. We don't think people would care to see it. MKIV supras aren't very loved cars

we did a full tranny service on it, and no luck sadly. Will need a rebuildddd
