The XK with “rot” burst (another awesome Klesh-ism) is my favorite. Love the pseudo landscape and color. Sorry to hear about your furnace. My house in California had an old AC unit installed sideways in a crawl space over the garage and was impossible to access. The drain was facing uphill. Good times. 👍🏻
Still looking for #19 loved the nick and all so you need to check on your hot water tank because if it is just as old as the furnice well another thing you may need to replace before it goes bad and have a big mess. Rock own my friend.
The flame sensor was black , so I just sanded it clean. Then figured out it was also the igniter, but it still didn't work after that. Then I called the pros - they talked me into just getting a new updated one. I went with an Amana with the lifetime warranty, getting installed tomorrow . We're keeping warm, plenty of blankets and Timber to keep us warm LOL
Good luck! This furnace could've been repaired, and it would have lasted another year or two at best. I just decided to pull the trigger and get the thing replaced. A big reason (not mentioned in the video) is that the old furnace really was loud, and it bothered my tinnitus constantly. I asked specifically for the quietest setup possible and yes it's much better now.
