It was so fun to watch this! Glad I stumbled upon your channel! One suggestion is that the ropes representing the SNARE proteins could've been depicted as being ripped apart as you said that SNARE proteins get cleaved by tetanospasmin. But yeah, I get that Gabe (GABA) is inhibited from gettinf released.

Bezlotoxumab, a monoclonal antibody, against exotoxin B is also used... But it is much more expensive than conventional therapy.
