    Compare the greatest democratic republic in the world and the greatest autocratic communist republic in the same world now can you still telling yourselves Indian people are more happier than Chinese people?

    • @divinebeing5720
      @divinebeing5720 Před 2 lety

      Ofcourse, Indians are happy but how can you calculate happiness?
      Though India have poor population, it doesn't mean the people are upset, even the largest slum in India pays a tax of 600m per year which tells about how hardworking the people are.. apart from this you don't have to fight with starvation since government provides free food grains to poor and middle class families, govt provides free health care and education for poor people which absolutely points out how effective our system is.. but still there are people below poverty line which is currently 6% of entire population, which says India have changed a lot but people in other countries think that India is poor which is not, we have rich and poor living side by side, we don't have superiority complex like any riches in the world..
      Basically we are happy the way we are, our culture, heritage, scriptures, philosophy, yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, harmony, diversity, traditions, festivals etc keeps us sane and not greedy like other nations.. we are not power hungry which is why we are happy and at peace unlike other countries..

      @@pierren___ Yes. Economic liberalism ends up being big corporarions having control of the government and the economy and the working class becoming slaves to big corporations. Look at the US today. Big money decides who gets elected to Congress, the Senate and the White House. That is why the middle class is shrinking and the poor is becoming more abundant. The top 1% owns 90% of what the rest owns.

      Lol why do you make shit up fake news w..ker. Eric Li went to Berkeley on a scholarship like so many of his contemporaries back in the 80's.
      The Chinese government pushed many of it's best and brightest students to study and abroad to learn and absorb what they see from the west and hopefully they will return to apply the knowledge back into the country.

    Globalization has helped the CCP in China and not the millions of migrant labor. Inequality in China too is a serious issue. PRC is in for a big shock.Eric Li has summed it up well. China deserves legitimacy because it is a success story and therefore liberal democracies must accept that they have failed to lift people from poverty, as China has. In short, a benevolent dictatorship is better than a liberal democracy. Therefore, though unelected the CCP gains its legitimacy merely by looking at the improvement in the lives of the Chinese people. Frnakly, this is a absurd argument i.e ends justify means. In this case, China under Deng Xio Ping embarked on the concept of state Capitalism and achieve wealth by any means. This explains why dissent was crushed down and people forced to deliver to the orders of the Party. China has become rich on the backs of millions of migrant workers who have no rights and merely bonded labor. This explains why labor costs are so low. Select few who belong to the Party decide for over a billion people. Show me one benevolent dictator who volunatarily leaves? For all its faults, democracies also achieve poverty reduction and are also turfed out when they do not deliver. Eric, you live in a false world, despite your years in the US!

      You sound as absurdly as a cheap apologist of the bankrupt Western predatory ideology.
      So, according to you, its ok for people to starve as long as there is a voting system which produces war criminals or idiots?
      China becomes rich because the efforts and labor of the working people return the benefits to THEM, instead to the elite minority as in the West. Have you been to the US cities like Philadelphia, or San Francisco, or Los Angeles? Go there and see for yourselves the ever increasing homeless population, then come back here and tell us that "democracies also achieve poverty reduction".
      No wonder India - the largest democracy - will NEVER be able to build toilet for its people. Democratic India stinks to heaven!
