QDK was a surprise package. I thought he would be reserved. Stoin as expected was a delight. Mr. Pandey seemed miserable, he was like me during my Maths classes in school. For a great interview, you need couple of quick-witted guys and you dont necessarily need to have atleast 1 Indian, especially if he wants to play it safe (unfortunately they have to)
I think most Indian cricketers have had the personality media trained out of them, boring as batshit. QDK was a delight.
Completely agree. Indian cricketers have to be in that 'non-controversial' zone. Anything and everything can be blown out of proportion by media. Aussies and West Indians will always be delight.
Not about being non controversial or being reserved it's more of being familiar of the slangs jokes & good enough foreign language abilities what obviously most of indian players lacking.. Ash, virat prasidh krishna, kl & sanju samson these are the only few who good at it. If any of them comes over to the TGC it'd be as fun as it can get

True, it seems like they are holding back their personalities, even Quinton who is a shy guy showed his personality in this interview.
True. South Africans, Kiwis, West Indians, they can all fit in with the Australian humour. But the Indians less so. I know Washi and Manish are v fluent in English, but maybe because they're used to the jokes in Hindi and not English?

@@Sam-fs1zl it's because of the media pressure in India. Indian cricketers know that if they even put a toe out of line in the public space, the media will have a field day with it. It's a real shame, really.

He was a good sport with a lot of dross conversation around him, good on him for enduring it. He gave some good answers too. Definitely doesn’t need to be slated for it. Good on him for getting involved.
