      The crucifix is called Ura Gatame in judo. I showed one standard entry in a video here: czcams.com/video/rrs6Ev2V1uM/video.html
      I have several videos which show positions which end up in what wrestlers refer to as a banana split. The one I use most commonly is from a guard pass, and I demo it in this video beginning at about 3 1/2 minutes in: czcams.com/video/9QQ1OLd3d9Q/video.html
      Calf slicers show up in a lot of positions. I have incidental examples as a result of positions in a few videos, but I'll try to make another video more specific to that technique.

    I wonder if you got anything for escaping strong kesa gatame. I love to do it to others and once I got them there, it's over :D
