I loved that KITH skit! When the music played, Dave Foley was so forlorn, it hurt to watch! Another excellent episode Casey and Brent - thank you!
You guys are just the best thing on the Internet. Keep on talking away
It was Gary Gygax and it was on Futurama. Steve Jackson published GURPS, Car Wars and Munchkin
aaaahhh yeah, that was it, it's been a while since i've seen that one!
Brent’s face when Casey said how many kickstarters he has backed 😂. Does someone need an intervention?
Painted and signed by Bert
Bert Mabers original!
Canoes are in fact superior to kayaks in terms of fun, comfort, and the number of creepy-crawlies you have to clean out of it every time you get in! Stability and draught are for sure in the kayak's favor though: facts are facts.
12:14 in my experience you can leave plastic mini's in strong household degreasers (like LA's totally awesome) for as long as you like, metal mini's however can corrode over time (surface become dull and rough). If the paint job fully covers the model, it can protect it, but I would still be hesitant to leave them in there for too long.
You guys should back Burrows and Badgers kickstarters by Michael Lovejoy! There is some great painting to be done with them!
Finally. You read my comment! 😊 I hope my McFarland is okay with the way you handled it. Mistakes happen. 😋
hehehe, we appreciate you! I kinda doubt that the McFarlane rep listens to paint bravely, but you never know! 🙂
Brett can do the joys and benifits of mini painting as a pantomime. Paint with two thin coats to keep all the details, Hurrah. Or one thick coat obscuring all details, Boo... Rotating audience members as they try to work out on stage which Boo or Hurrah sign to hold up after a sentence is finished.
It wasn’t the simspons KC, it was futurama, great episode
Well, that's a title. Looking forward to where they go with it.
Figures in a Jar? I wonder if I can get some of my filking friends to do a song to the tune of Whiskey in the Jar.
It kinda has to be done.
Forget the LOTR monologue Brent, there are plenty of great songs in the books! Wouldn’t that be memorable??
I sprung for a Typhoon paint mixer on Brent's recommendation and it is amazing and worth the money.
Not that it would do well on CZcams, but I'd like to see Brent finish the Reign in Hell video. It would work as a mini agnostic video, and as an example that no project needs to be abandoned.
Casey that was futurama no the simpsons. Gary Gygax was there
Casey bringing up how many Kickstarters he has backed made me curious and I made the mistake of seeing how many I have backed. 164. Yup, looking was a mistake.
wooooooo! That's a lotta kickstarters!
@@PaintBravelyThePodcast Thankfully a lot of them are low dollar campaigns for STLs, but still, yeah, it's a lot, lol.
Nothing makes me go where has the time gone to remember buying Reign in Hell & Majestic 13 when it was new and still haven't finished anything for it.
Wish scale75 would figure out better us shipping for their KS. I like their products, but the direct shipping from Spain is outrageous..... also have to ask, do we really need another paint line promising the same paint properties.... they make interesting color choices, but.....
We definitely don’t need more paint, it’s getting kind of out of hand at this point. Especially with army painter coming in with the fanatics line, all of the basic to premium paints are covered and they are all pretty good.
Oh no, you two.
You've entered the years of gettin' pains and falling over for no good goddamn reason, which is annoyingly overlapping almost 100% with the having to work harder to stay in any kind of base shape at all.
Many things about ageing are grrrreat, but the body starting to nope out is not on that list. 😅
For real lol, I feel like I'm entering into the ' I slept wrong and I can't look left today' phase of my life.
@@PaintBravelyThePodcast the struggle is all too real. And then if you go to your GP they'll tell you that it's honestly just age appropriate. 🤷♀️😆
