If you want to go all "East Of Eden", maybe Aegon was Jeherys' father, and Aemon was Jeherha's father. Fraternal twins can have 2 different fathers.

This ship doesn't even exist in the book because Aemond is destined to be with someone else (Book readers know). But some people will always look for some hints where there are none.

Aemond goes to Sylvie for maternal care. And he only started seeing her again after Aegon brought him there for his 13th birthday, after he and Ser Cristen are looking for aegon the morning of King Viscerys' death

I think that Helaena had her children with Aegon because of duty to the throne and the ruling bloodline but she died on the same day as Aemond because he was the she truly loved and couldn’t live without.
