Hello Sande. HELP ! After adding my letters and the background photo, I lock the photo. I then lock my letters and unlock the 1st letter. But when I pull the photo over the 1st letter it doesn't drop into the letter, and when I double click the photo it does not become transparent but instead the dots that were in the corners of the photo turn into L brackets, and I'm not able to see the photo behind it so I can line them up. I thought it was because I had chosen a photo from Canva Elements that was a background image. So I started all over but this time with a photo. Unfortunately, same results. That lengthy description is to ask, What am I doing wrong ? Thank you so much for all your hard work in creating these videos. I hope you are feeling better soon 🙏🙂
Carolyn, I haven't forgotten.... just still challenged with my health issues. I have to get through the Card Maker Summit in the next week to 10 days, and then I can breathe again. But my grandkids should be coming up from Meadow Vista from 8/17-8/27... so it may be a few more weeks. Thanks for your patience! I am thinking of doing a livestream and opening it up to anyone who would like to walk through this process with me live when the time comes. What do you think? (And PLEASE post your cards in our community! I miss seeing them.... )
