    In this two-hour interview, Dr. Anthony Chaffee talks with Nayiri about the carnivore diet and how it can be used to optimize human health. Dr. Anthony Chaffee lists the rich nutrients contained in red meat, and explains their importance: how our body uses them, how they help optimize our health, and how a meat-only diet can solve many chronic conditions, including autoimmune diseases, hypertension, diabetes, and more. Moreover, Dr. Chaffee cites numerous reasons why humans should avoid plant foods; he explains in detail the different harms plants can cause humans.

    Q . Is there anything to suggest carnivore diet could help with restless leg syndrome?

    • @tohopes
      @tohopes Před 10 měsíci +2

      restless-legs has been found to correlate with higher levels of the inflammatory cytokine IL6, perhaps because it drives hyperactivity in the brain. for many people, a carnivore diet (as opposed to a diet with lots of carbohydrate) would result in lower levels of IL6.
      some type of fasting or meal skipping would also likely result in lower IL6.
