Don't fret too much. You went from Ironman training to T100 training. It will take some time to get your speed back. Keep at it. You'll get to the podium.

Imagine Rudy, you state you were irrelevent in MIami, and Mikka Noordt, Kristen B, gustav I, Hayden, Wilde, and many more were not there? Could you imagine what your true placing would have been had all true contenders been there? Now you become even more erelevent!!!!! GG! Stay with 140.6 events only!!!!!!

Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, running with "PP" is a bad move, she has no "BELIEF" in herself! Hence if you tag along with such peeps their Non-belief will seep into your being! That is why you did not perform well in Miami, and unfortunately your distance is 140.6, you are kinda the equivalent to Sky M. she came in "8th", but that is a deceptive giving the lack of Pros that did not show up, a plethora didn't finish, etc. You should just concentrate in the 140.6 series and that's it!!! Nothing else!!!! GG! All the best at Oceanside!!!!!!!!!
You’re wrong! Look at my 70.3 results in the past I’m no more a 140.6 athlete than a 70.3 or 100km athlete.
