Cab View - Vales Point to Port Waratah Terminal May 2024

In cab view of the run from Vales Point Power Station on the Main North line to Port Waratah terminal. Video was shot in two separate takes, due to stopping at Islington Junction, but was in the same run. Footage was shot at 5x speed. All in cab procedures were followed during the filming of this footage.
I did also record the run to Vales Point on this run, but the footage didn't come out looking too well, so I will try again next time I go there.

Nice video. I'm glad we could get a replacement for the bit of the trip from Enfield that we didn't get to see. And I enjoyed being able to see the train go through Broadmeadow Yard. You don't often get to see it from that perspective!

Thanks for posting. A great journey. I could identify many of the stations you passed but not all. Maybe, if not too difficult, showing station names would have been helpful. Nevertheless very enjoyable.

I have thought about that, unfortunately my video editing skills are not quite up there to effectively add details like that. It's something I hope to work on in future.

I do have one, from this same day, but unfortunately my camera tilted, so the video is a bit crooked. I could upload it as a temporary video until I get a better one though.

That particular load came from Werris Creek coal mine
