2018-07-18 Falcon Wing Door Problems!

I’m rather upset to discover that the Tesla Falcon Wing Door (FWD) “fix” that came out a few months ago (and that I waited for weeks for the parts to implement) is causing more body damage to the rear door frame on both FWD’s. There’s two scratches on the body on the driver side, and one very deep gouge on the passenger side body door frame. FFS, Tesla, can’t you get this fixed right?
The root cause appears to be a hard plastic ridge that runs on the door between the door seal and the metal door edge. The plastic ridge shows abrasion on the passenger side right where the deep gouge appears on the body. The plastic ridge on the driver side FWD shows less abrasion at the points corresponding to the two body scratches, but there is some less evident abrasion at those points.

Do the new models 2020 still have the same issues or has there been a fix?
