I recently got lipo. Lower/upper abs and love handles, bmi was 23. Went in for my post opp 2 week check up today and I weighed the exact same 175. I was told there was 3.5 liters removed and was expecting that would result in a 3-5 lbs loss in weight. Seems like I was wrong or maybe I'll see a few pounds shed in the next 4 weeks assuming I keep eating clean and now after two weeks going to start back on my workouts. Thoughts on What I can expect going forward?
