I’m not sure if this answers the question of what happens if you lose weight after lipo.if you get it to shape/contour your face but then because you have an active life style you lose more weight afterwards, what happens to you face… will you start to look gaunt? Will you create loose skin?

Yes- if you loose weight quickly the skin does not have a chance to recover and can sag.
