- Jut listen to this bike!!!
Yes finally, I give my verdict on the Ducati Streetfighter, an absolute beast of a bike from the Italians, does it live it up to it's hype?? - Auta a dopravní prostředky
dream bike, a few more years of riding experience and even more years of saving up money and i would like to get this bike.
to much but mate, review is excellent and i like your videos cause i love bikes!!!
hey i been saving up for two years to buy a bike and it be my first time to buy a bike and im most likely ride it everday from home to school to work so it be better for me to buy a moster then a diaval and i dnt have much experence riding bikes so thanks for pointing that out that a monster is more pratical i think so thank you
Good looking bike for sure. Price tag to match. For the exhaust note, I really didn't care for it. I haven't been around big twin cylinders so I can't say that I know what they are SUPPOSED to sound like. Compared to inline 4's, to me it seems like there is a lot less going on.
@iio58 I really hope you are right, my last was a 916 which I loved, it did have issues with finish and electrics, but what a bike ! Listen if I am wrong about the modern dukes, cool . At the end of the day reliable or not if you are riding a duke, I am jealous would I consider another one too bloody right !
God sorry for long delay in reply! Nah you can - ducati just have fiddly indicator switch compared to others- bit once you get used to it its cool - you just cant feel whether you have clicked it or not when wearing winter gloves! Especially when jumping from another bike onto this :-)
@steady2wheels My feelings a bit exactly!! You may as well buy the 1198 to be honest...........
@chrisdobiedotcom Your so true, im starting to realise that Ducatis are aimed at the accomplished rider, as I seem to be enjoying them more as i get better as a rider lol!
Seriously, your so right, they can seem unmanageable at times, but when you get used to them there is nothing like a ducati!
Good looking Naked bike! Eventhough i'm not a fan of them. This ones nice!
looks like such a rush. But kind of has all the disadvantages of a naked bike but with all the disadvantages of a sportsbike. Would be interesting to see what you though of it to compared say the superduke and speed triple as far as living with etc and experience
Should be cool bro, but i would go sit on one in a dealers to make sure!
Luke, I'm gonna be getting one of these in a couple months, can you explain what you mean about the problem with the indicators? Did I hear you say you cant cancel them? Your review is probably the best one I've come across so far, nice one! I have a 2011 Kawa ER6N as my commuter, this will be my new fun-bike, your review has set it in that I need a smaller bike for the day to day!! Big thumbs UP!
@psychotheed Perfect comment!!
If you're looking for torque, you should try a MM Corsaro!
Did a ride review of S version and it's pretty stiff. funnily when I returned the bike I said "I love this bike for so many reason, But there are things I dont like but it's a ducati" pretty much what you said
A couple of time I let the front wheel climb only for the TC to kick in and slap my balls against the tank. I say a month on the bike I would work it out. I would not talk anyone out of it BUT this bike is not for eveyone. It is one of prob three ducatis I would have in my garage-
Have you done a review on the KTM Super Duke 990? I was wondering how it compares to the Street fighter.
2 questions :
how many points do you have on your licence lol ?!
and what bike / bikes do you personally own ?
great vids :)
I wish we could lane split here in Ohio :(
You-may-want-to-try-the-848-series.I-own-a-street-fighter-yes-its-pretty-much-for-an-advanced-rider.Fun-ride.It-feels-like-a-scooter-now-that-i-own-a-Panigale.
But-i-still-ride-my-1098-street-fighter-like-hella-fun-times.2010.Ihave-over-40k-miles-and-still-wakes-me-up-at-times.chowF-1
how much experience would you say it takes to ride this bike? I've had 2 bikes in my life but I sold them and haven't rode for like 5 years now :S
Start 2:44
Honestly - not great for beginners mate! I would start on something a bit less snatchy and hairy - simply because your riding will benefit from it! Also - when you start out - you will make a mistake or crash as you learn your limits - and you dont want that to happen on this :-) But up to you!
how did you get this job??
I'd think twice - its not a very beginner friendly bike:-) But maybe test ride one and see how you feel?
@xXHardiecoreXx Quite a bit at your age fella, give express a call, see what they say mate!
1098, s, or 848?
@latana151 None, and none fella!!
Nice chicken strips.
Cheese.
@quwers I like cheese
Buy a Speed Triple. Not a Ducati.
Luke, cut your hair, u'll be prettier :) Just can't watch you eating it..
