Thank you so much for your videos. I have a E350 W212 M276. In a pinch, I had a non-MB facility change my oil and failed to replace the drain plug crush washer and as a result I began leaking oil. Not a serious leak as the belly pan retained it and left no evidence on my driveway. An MB tech who was replacing my struts a couple days later advised me of it. I challenged the facility tech responsible for it and he confessed that he only gave it a cursory glance and decided not to use a new crush washer. I'll be doing my own oil changes from now on! Thank you for your content!
MANN has several O-rings in kit AND one of the smaller ones is for the dipstick. So, if one finds a dipstick handle feeling loose when inserted, simply replace the old hardened one. Now it will have a very firm fit.
MOTOR MOUNT REPLACEMENT on a 2008 E350 : looks like I would remove the exhaust header, as they cover the top bolt. OR CAN I REMOVE THE WHEEL WELL AND REMOVE THE Engine FOIL HEAT SHIELD?

Never done one. But it looks like you need a engine support tool and would have to remove the catalytic convereter.
Every time after changing the oil, do we get alarm?
The oil maintenance light should always be reset after oil service.
