Yes, this drill definitely challenged my coordination. Sticking to the footwork fundamentals helped to build up the flow of the strikes. Overall, I would rate this a 4 because it required more conscientious spatial movement on my part. Nonetheless, thanks again, Paul! ☀ ⚡ 😑 ⚔ 🙏🏽
"Secret." Because somehow it's so impossible to think of different ways to hit someone with a stick. Only people who lived centuries ago were smart enough to figure things out on their own, You need someone to teach you "secrets."
Instructions and Demonstrations should not be done simultaneously because it’s distracting. There should be slow demonstration without any verbal instructions.
@martinbeagley4481 absolutely! Unfortunately it's winter 8 months out of the year where I live, lol. I love doing martial arts in the yard, it's nature's dojo.
@@raylantz5144 yeah I love training outside, I train outside at home and we always do a session a month outside in a local car park, rain or shine. It’s great kicking up clouds of dust doing the footwork!

Hey Paul your dojo for today is beautiful
This is a 4 for me, but you broke it down to a 2. Great stuff. Thanks.
Thanks! Just got back into Kali last week. Need to get the rust off
Thanks!
I learned this one as "Hell 6," because kind of like an inverted heaven 6 in that it's a sequence of upward strikes.
Paul thanks alot for this sinawali and is a 4🙏🙏🙏
Thanks Paul
Nice and simple drill.
Good stuff Paul. I'd probably put it at a 2 for difficulty.
👍🏼
Upward 6, nice one, thank you

In the lineage I started in we called that "earth". It's a great flow though!

It looks similar to the upward windmill drill in Inosanto Kali. Thank you Guro Paul for this new drill!
Awesome tutorial! Pugay!
Thank you for this 💯👍🏾
Looking forward to trying this one out. On to the tire fir contact strikes once I have it down.
Wow, you sure have some loud cicadas where you are!
AWHOOOO NICE LITTLE DRILL BOSS
Very nice technique. Going to try it tomorrow when I get back to my place. I am going to get arm tied with this one. Lol
💯
..Or reverse sinawali as it has been called for decades in Modern Arnis
We call that "same side" in PMAA.
2.5
Do you have the spelling for this Sinawali drill?

A 3 I think 😊
3
I give it a 3.5. The sticks combined with my footing needs more work. Still, very informative content.

It's a 5. Lol. I'm new.
Yes so am I but it’s amazing what 10 mins a day out in your yard does if you persevere!
