The Best Veggie Kabobs | Studio Vegan

I thought of these while starting my rainbow challenge I know it needs to consume more color and I love the way these looked. I was like so what colors could I put together a skewer and eat with a sauce.
So I can make a quick lunch while I added a video so I made these they were simple, easy and straight to the point, but it also made me think about this documentary. I watched which segments of Read are included in this video.
