Love this! I'm always looking for meat free alternatives as I have a family history of Cancer so I need to avoid the pesticides, Lead and possible BLV in meat. Thanks for sharing
Always enjoy your vegan cooking videos! 😄
Great vídeo guys!!
Love how unpretentious you guys are, what with literally stuffing your pie holes at the end 😂😂 Looked very very tasty...!
That looks so awesome, cant wait to try 💕
I, have never liked Mushrooms. I've tried Raw, Cooked ( all different ways) I just can't but Recipes like this make me, wish I, did!
i heard, that you have to try a food more than 8 times, until you like it...
so your body can learn to love it.
maybe you havent try it enough😂
@@susisauerkraud8337 My Mom, Put them in everything Growing up. So, I have tried them countless times. I don't like them Raw, Sauteed, Stuffed, Breaded, Deep Fried or hidden in a Sauce! It's a Flavor & Texture thing for me!
@@pipertarin68 Same here! I've been diagnosed with autism almost a year ago and I just can't get used to the texture of mushrooms. And I've tried so many times, but people keep saying I should keep trying. People just don't understand. After 30 years, I just don't want to try anymore. 😂
@@bellatrivia Same after 40+ years here. I think " We" both have given them a more than fair Shot!
@@pipertarin68 yap you have tried it enough🤣
Looks great - You should probably credit Derek Sarno though, seen as he came up with this technique….
I love their accent
Amazing!
I really can't make myself like mushrooms...if there is a way to cook this wonderful kebab with something else, please share. Thank you!
I feel you on this one. Texture goes through me regardless of how it cooks 😅
Eggplant would be good.
You could do it with tofu or aubergine if you want to use the same method, or just add regular veg you like with the same sauce which would be just as lovely
You can add the sauce to any veg to make the filling we were just showing off a little 😅
@@thehappypear I will definitely try with tofu! Thank you!

It’s very visual isn’t it 🤤
Dear, Happy Pear, thank you for inspiring us every day! 😍 are your kids also on a plant-based diet? I keep hearing comments about kids not being able to develop well without animal-based protein. Have a great week!! 🥳
Got two kids, ages 5 and 7, both fully plant based (minus mums milk ;) ) since they were born, and both developing very well. They don’t need animal protein, but they do need a whole-food, well-balanced diet that provides the calories and the nutrients they need. A lot of our cooking is inspired by Happy Pear :)
YUMMY!!❤❤
thought you need yoghurt for flatbread
do you not need it to let it rest for a while
Just asking for a friend which month is Meatunary 👍
He needs a balance in his diet 😁
🤩😋
fkn legends
....wasnt it Gaz Oakley who made maushroom kebab first.....And Brain Sarno who invented pressing mushrooms technique....? It would be worth mentioning them in respect...
Would it?
Why? If I use a telephone, do I have to give credit to graham bell every time? When you turn the light switch on, do you thank Edison every single time? It would be worth thanking him to give respect
You copied Derek’s homework.
