Talking with Seth's mom Ann Perry Sager (who passed away in 2010), and how he got his humor from her, one thing he drew as a kid as the cartoonist for his school paper, which angered a local priest.
This might be the most 90s thing I've ever seen.

Praise Seth MacFarlane for helping me have a good ass sense of humor while I was growing up being able to watch The Cleveland Show, American Dad, and of course Family Guy. Really wish I could go back to those times where I could just watch those shows but times change

It's adhered to the scalp and in between haircuts and or scalp cleanings/shavings (depending on how much hair you have left underneath it), it is pretty much just like having regular hair again.
