While working on my next flip (coming soon!) I decided to flip some thrifts for staging. Turn any vase into a terra-cotta aged vessel, Pottery Barn style!

It wasn't clear what you did with the calcium carbonate. Did you mix it with water alone, or with paint? Thank you.

Hello! For both projects I dilutes the calcium carbonate with only water but in different amounts for each. For the larger vase I diluted it very thinly because I just wanted to brush a haze over the whole thing. For the smaller vase I put less water so it was a little bit thicker and left some of the clumps in it (for texture and dimension) and with that I dipped in my microfiber rag and then dabbed it all over and then right after finished it off by dragging my hand vertically over it very very lightly.
