My favorite character within the Metal Series and in my opinion is consistently the best written. Although my favorite story arc in the entire story isn’t even related to Kyoya, it goes without saying this guy is my sweet glorious king and be warned that there will be a lot of glazing in this video. Now before Kyoya became the GOAT we all know and love he originally was just, kinda a loser. Bro led a group called the face hunters where they still point and bully children, because it’s fun? Kyoya doesn’t really do this directly but he does give the orders and is usually just sitting on his ass waiting for someone strong to show up. And that’s when he meets none other than Gingka Hagane. The new kid in town who’d go on to solo Kyoya's whole squad with no hesitation, which would begin to peak his interests. Inevitably leading into these two battles where Kyoya would not only have the advantage but would be holding Kenta's Beyblade hostage. Even despite the odds and how far he was willing to go, Pegasus wins leaving Kyoya and Leone to process their L. Which leads into a man named Doji arriving who, like Kyoya, wants to take down Gingka, and he’d trick bro into taking his training program and becoming stronger since he thought it was a way to ensure Gingka's defeat. This man suffered probably the only real L he’s ever taken and he’s willing to climb cliffs and fight coyotes to get his get back. Even at this point in the series little me was lowkey rooting for him to win or atleast do decent. I'm sorry Gingka is just not as cold. Anyway after coming back stronger and realizing his old crew fell off and Benkei betrayed him, he’d go on to bully Benkei along with Kenta, and he’d fight Gingka once again in a battle that was really intense but in the end Gingka still won. Doji after his project failed would show his true colors and dispose of him, leading into Kyoya now wanting his revenge and reluctantly helping Gingka and the others to take him down. This would be the start of Kyoya slowly being on team Gingka with him helping them fight two of dojis goons, was with the others trying to find Gingka and was the first to call out Hyoma. After this point in the series as we know the Battle Bladers event would be announced with Kyoya being the first person to gather all the points, and wins both of his battles with relatively no difficulty. He fights some fodder dark nebula and son Benkei but his hardest fight would be in the semi finals , that being against Ryuga. Which in my opinion is easily the best scrap in Beyblade. These two just go blow for blow with their spirits manifesting as their bodies along with Ryuga going over his limit, leading into the dark power taking control and legit stealing Kyoya's soul. But even before this moment Kyoya pushed Ryuga over the edge and gave us one of the greatest performances against Ryuga. And right before losing we see how he wants Gingka to see how strong he’s gotten, showing how he really does acknowledge Gingka and he isn't just blatantly weaker. Gingka even in the final fight needed Kyoya and everyone else’s power to even stand up to bro. And it gets a lot more evident in masters which I will now get into. Now Metal Masters is where Kyoya isn’t really in the main story for the most part, but even despite his lack of screen time he always somehow stopped on business and stole the show. Like in Metal Fury he definitely has more screen time but it seems like narratively they just don’t really take the character to a new direction. At best I can say he’s a more advanced version of what he was in masters since he started derailing again but picked it back up. In all honesty though this arc to me just seems kinda weak, especially when you see what other characters go through that I’ve talked about like Masamune or Kenta. Regardless, I still think what they did fits very well with Kyoya especially with two specific scenes. The first being Kyoya defending Ryuga's honor which to me was a really nice touch, the rivalry between these 3 was always so special and I’m glad we got to see more of these two rather than gingka vs one or the other. And the other scene being when Kyoya suggests to Gingka that they all give him their bey spirits. If this isn’t the most full circle moment in the series then I don’t know what is, I don’t gotta explain to you why this scene hits. After Ragos defeat as well, this man Kyoya still doesn’t stop there, as he’d go on to beat every single legendary blader one by one, before then challenging Gingka to a final battle, where like with Rocky vs Apollo in Rocky 3, ends with the fight just starting.

#beyblade #anime #goat - Zábava
I can never forget when Yu called Kyoya YoYo 😭
And he never recovered.
9:24 Nah my boy Yu is not a fraud. The story goes out of there way to nerf this boy so hard and retconned a lot of his abilities in Masters. Nobody can deny the menace that is Yu in season 1.
I been saying this yu special moves and beyblade was so op they had to nerf him because season 1 attacking libra didn’t do shit and his special moves left a big ass crater in the ground but then after that mfs were able to attack and damage Libra with ease and beat his special move easily and then metal fury he has a different version of his special move and it still wasn’t anything
@@roxkstarrNah Yu in Metal Fury was actually written decently. Yu and Kyoya actually have a pretty good fight and Kyoya himself actually gives Yu props saying that he's managed to bring out Libya's abilities to their fullest on top of that, he was the non legendary bladder to break Nemesis's barrier something that not even Masamune and Tsubasa were able to do. Keep in mind, Yu was essentially going up against God Tier Characters with the introduction of legendary bladders so his reduction in the story makes some sense. Yu in Metal Masters... definitely didn't get treated right I'll definitely agree with that sentiment 100%
@@rich355uh... Why are you taking Masamune and Tsubasa's involvement in breaking the barrier away, it was a joint effort to even break it, Masamune being the first to pierce through it weakening it, and Tsubasa pretty much busting through it, Yu delivered the final blow. It was a joint effort not just Yu.
@@LokiToxtrocity Okay, Masamune Pierced it I'll give him that, but Tsubasa didn't do anything...You can certainly argue that Masamune weakened it but Yu without a doubt had the biggest impact on that one comparatively speaking.
EXACTLYYY
Kyouya is definitely one of the best characters in the Metal Saga. His fight with Ryuga in Battle Bladers is Iconic, and his development comes full circle in a great way.
I honestly think Ryuga had the same problem as Kyoya in metal fury. That being that they go back to being their old selves in metal fusion. And while Kyoya managed to recover himself. Ryuga never did.
In metal masters, Ryuga mocks Zigarot for being one of those people who are obsessed with the power of Beyblades. And then Ryuga himself goes back to being one of those people again in metal fury. As he becomes power hungry again and sets out to hunt down the legendary bladers and steal their powers for himself.
My favorite thing about Kyoya is that he had so many special moves, while most characters only had one or evwn two, he had so many and all of them are fun to see and the fact he used a defense type is something I thought was so cool because Leone doesn't have an offensive bey design yet he is such a powerhouse with the tornadoes.
Mans is literally Benekei in this video...and Im here for it, Kyoya is sick
To be fair. The whole story of metal fury felt kinda weak. Masters was definitely the best of the three
All facts. The Destroyer Dome arc was the peak of Fury but the episodes leading up to Kyoya leaving and Masamune getting Bodied by a last minute legendary blader is when it falls off for a bit then picks up again when the characters go to fight nemesis.
I think it rushes to end and that the pacing is bad
@@TimoRathbun That and I felt like they wanted to do more with Characters like Masamune because they kept pushing him to be a legendary blader but that wasn’t meant to be sadly and team Excalibur showed up once but never fought again. But you can’t lie tho, the episodes leading up to the big Nemesis fight with Ryuga going out in an epic clash was one of the best moments in the entire series.
Fury got good at the end when nemesis completed, other than that searching for the legendary bladers begging them to join up was kinda mid ngl
@@Glc0077 team wang hu zhong in that first tournament arc was cool and King and Masamune were entertaining but once Kyoya left and Chris was introduced, it fell off again. It picked back with when Yu returned and Ryuga fought nemesis.
Kyouya is the main character in my heart
Masters was Kyoya peak man. He was on business.
lets goooo. i think hes very underrated finnaly bros getting spot light
The lion roars loud and proud!
4:38, glad you had the audacity to say that😂🤣
We all know kyoya would of won on that rematch with ginka but his plot be hitting different
THE SMOKE DEMON HAS ARRIVED
nice, Kyouya was a menace, I didn't think of him much in the beginning, but seeing down the road and coming up with the most Special moves in the series, and at the end beating most of the legendary bladers, and standing up to bladers like Ryuga, he became a favorite, wonder who you'll do next, maybe Tsubasa, also who is making these thumbnails, like damn, whoever is making them knows what they are doing.
Kyoya to ginkga:NAH ID WIN
Loses again for 1000th time😢
“Go get a job or something” 😂
We need tsubasa arc
Kyoya's verbal beatdown against Damian was nothing short of spectacular. Calling Cerberus, the guard dog of hell, a pampered poodle who has never actually gotten their fangs dirty? Actual savagery. I suppose not even the guard dog of hell is a match for the king of the jungle.
Or the time he called out Ryuga after eating up his Dragon Emperor Soaring Bite Strike for tyring to use borrowed power to try to beat him.
@@KyoyaTategamiLEOHe made Ryuga use his real strength and basically tied with him.
Bro got robbed in metal masters where he should’ve won 😤
But it would be an absolute disappointment if the legendary bey Galaxy Pegasus gets beat of course, so they made it a tie.
@@Heat7208Nah Pegasus wasn't all the developed at this point whole kyoya had maxed out his training. Thing is if gingka lost their team would be out so they wouldn't have to lose. It's pointed throughout these episodes that kyoya is stronger but gingka has to win to keep the plot going
Dude does all of this and is still somehow underrated
The King of Beasts is truly top 3-5 strongest in the series. He was just him throughtout the majority of it especially Metal Masters and would have been the truly strongest (behind Ryuga obviously) if it wasn't for the absurd amount of plot armor gingka had in his fight against him. Truly one of the most terrific power of friendship examples in anime, it reaches FairyTail levels!!!
YES. Kyoya was my introduction to the metal verse and was instantly my favorite character
Bro was the first to actually give ryiga a real fight that alone is a stupid high feat
Do a separate video on Kyoya vs ryuga. This needs more love and attention.
He's the best blader in the entire series. Remember his beyblade is store bought (ordinary) and not legendary like L-Drago and Pegasus and it's STILL on their level. Leone also doesn't make use of power of friendship/spin absorbing like the latter too. Just its pure, natural base power. The fact that Kyoya is on par in strength with Gingka and Ryuga tells me>>>as a blader compared to those 2. Imagine if Leone was a legendary beyblade: he would solo Rago.
I just find it funny that besides gingka and ryuga, characters just buy their beys. Imagine kyoya walking into Walmart picking up Leone
Everything was perfect until the last sentence man. Nemesis is literally built different Kyoya aint soloing shit.
I love that I’ve found a community of people who can bond over their love for this show as a kid- as an adult I still love this show lmao
I just realised the amount of good battles we missed out on at the end we could’ve seen Kyoya vs King that battle would’ve been goated
Channels underrated asl
Kyoto is undoubtedly the strongest character in Beyblade. He had the most natural talent and skill of anyone. Sure, Gingka needed to get Kyoya going. But Kyoya trained harder than basically everyone except Ryuga, and he challenged the world just as much as Ryuga. Kyoya gave Ryuga a run for his money better than anyone in the entire series, who wasn’t a literal god. Kyoya destroyed the arrangement system. Kyoya is just incredible.
Here to confirm kiyoya is indeed the goat ! 🔥
I always Loved kyoya as a character he had some of the best battles and his Bay Leone was always my one of my personal favorites
Basically I was just like Benkei
Interesting detail to know about kyoya and metal fusion is that his pupils are much more smaller making him look more primal but when he loses to gingka The second time they become more bigger showing how he's changed
My goat Kyoya 🙏🙏
KING LION TEARING BLAST
Bro finally made the vid
Kyoya is definitely one of my favorite characters in the metal series. Also, Yu is not a fraud he just got surpassed by most of the cast in masters and they knew how to counter most of his moves. Plus, they did him dirty against the garcias later on but he did get stronger in fury and was able to give Kyoya some trouble.
same he my fav too
Rayuga is like the guy who exist and make everyone strong
Would've been very interesting if they had Kyoya and Ryuga have a battle during Metal Masters after Wild Fang's defeat.
The goat
Lets be honest we all loved kyoya and enjoyed his battles
Definitely do Helios next he's the goat
Metal fight beyblade collection reveal when ?
Doji is the Real Villain of The Metal Saga.
I personally think Kashimo from JJK took some inspiration from Kyoya, their faces are somewhat similar, both normal but with sharp, almost inhuman features, both wanting to fight this one specific dude, and both being willing to put themselves in disadvantegous positions to prove their superiority over their opponents
Kyoya stands on business
The King of the Beasts has the modt fire quotes and always show his strength. His biggest op is the plot. He likely would have beat Ryuga and Gingka at least once without their plot armor
King lion tearing blast ❤
RAAAAH KYOYA RAAAAAAHHHH🐺🐺🐺🐺
Could you talk about how disrespected Yu and tsubasa are
Bro, don’t apologize your glazing😭😭😭You LITERALLY put in the title that you gonna glaze him out the wazoo, like I do!
1) Yu ain't no fraud
2) ryuga is da goat
3) make more beyblade content
Goat of beyblade? eh bro...Kai is right over there
that aside, I liked Kyoya alot especially in metal masters, I don't recall Kyoya taking a single L in a one on one beybattle in metal masters...dude was an absolute beast, wrecked everyone, tied with Gingka in probably the best battle those two had in the entire metal fight series, defeated damian which I did not expect, but then again he's gingka's rival so he's at the same level as him (though not as strong as Ryuga, he's a different breed) yeah I liked Kyoya's battle with damian more than Gingka's battle with damian.
but there's one thing Kai did that neither Kyoya nor Ryuga could do, he defeated the main character which Kyoya couldn't do and he did multiple times, and he defeated the final boss of his own series Brooklyn which Ryuga couldn't do, man walked up to Tyson and said "I don't give a f*ck if you're the main character, so back up little bro this kill is mine"
Tsubasa and Nile deserve videos
Who do you think won the final battle between Gingka and Kyoya?
finally the King Of Beasts gets some love
If you haven't checked it out before, you should check out the Beyblade Sub instead of the Dub. It's a lot more wild
Do madara vs Kaido
the only thing is you say kyoya fought a better version of damian supposively stronger than gingka at 6:21 which is true but on the last episode gingka releases spiral force and medoka says that she was impressed that gingka was able to increase his power even higher than before which means that Kyoya wasnt the only one who got an amp as Gingka also did too which might even them in Metal Masters at the end.
So pretty much Ty is admitimg that he's Benki IRL
4:25 Kai did it first, and tried to do it again in the same season.
Lion gale force wal!!
i don't care what anyone says kyoya beat ginga at the end and im sticking to it
you can stick to your delusions we can just try to make you realize the rest is upto you
Benkai confirmed in Shogun Steel that Kyoya never beat Gingka at all so its most likely either another draw or he actually lost. I like to think he prob tied Gingka again
Kyoya is the Chazz Princeton or Kaiba of the show
Yup
Metal Fury was when I wanted to PHYSICALLY punch Kyoya. It felt like all the character development since seasons 1-2 was thrusted out the window. As soon as is bey evolved thanks to the Star fragment, he became so arrogant and an asshole even to his allies. All he cared about was beating Gingka (which Gingka himself getting frustrated at this). It didn’t stay for long when he meets up and battles Ryuga, to which he absolutely mopped the floor with him using his newly evolved bey, except he’s received it much earlier and IMMEDIATELY trained it to near perfection. He then proceeded to give Kyoya a reality check, just because his gets a new bey, doesn’t mean he stands on equal ground than him. This got under his skin so much, he even created new moves just because he wanted to prove Ryuga wrong.
Power scale Ninjago
I only liked kyoya because leo is also my sign
Well beyblade classic and metal have literally the same ending ngl
Idk Ryuga walked into that same tournament
And left with a ring
You dont see that from yo boy
🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝
King was in the worst arc but I think he’s got a shout for best character aswell. Atleast top 3
Didn’t kyoya make gingka fight in a terrain that suited Leone in the beginning of fury?
Yup and ended up becoming the most honorable fighter by the end
@@Tylearned fair enough, I forgot Gingka used the terrain to his advantage too. Btw Yu isn’t a fraud
@@yuvalambalo4590when did Gingka choose a location that gave him advantage
@@InsightSplash1 he didn't im saying kyoya did at the beginning of fury
@@InsightSplash1Gingka didnt know it was kyoya he was fighting at the time, just got a letter to meet the opponent on the Island. Gingka only found out it was Kyoya after he showed up there
Kyoya is absolutely the King of Commitment. Although I still say Ryuga is better. We also all agree Kyoya got robbed in his Metal Masters fight with Gingka right?
2:18
Him and Kai
On metal masters, kyoya beated gingka, but he couldn't beat galaxy, remember that gingka couldn't control galaxy pegasus at 100%, it was only after fighting ryuga and fighting Gravity perseus that gingka could dominate galaxy pegasus, so, on that fight, kyoya was stronger than gingka, but weaker than galaxy, and after his training, i would say he was at his level after beating hades kerbecs
Mister Tylearnd, please make Deku placement in JJK verse! I've had enough of MHA heads nonsense about how he is over Sukuna and pushes Gojo. They gotta be put in their place!
Kyoya would’ve beaten Ryuga in Fusion if L-Drago didn’t interfere. Kyoya probably wouldn’t have needed his new special move to win.
2:18 Can't believe mf was a really cute bby
I thought he was kinda overrated. He's the only rival of Gingka (unless you don't consider Hyoma's off screen victories) who has never actually beaten Gingka. Julian and even Masamune have beaten Gingka. Not to mention he never recovered from his defeat against Yu.
You could say that but end of masters he would beat Julian and Masamune. Julian would give Kyoya difficulty but Kyoya would beat him regardless through some means. Masamune could expose Kyoya with his techinque getting through the regular Lion Gale Force Wall but even beginning of masters Kyoya would still out power Masamune. Yu out of eveyone u listed might have the best chance at beating Kyoya bc of what we saw in Fury but then even that Yu would prob lose to Kyoya by the end of Masters whenever he did the africa training.
I was hype on ryuga vs kiyoya (metal fury) but sadly he got no diff
The season got cut short, so the writers got lazy
@@prabhjotdhesi4015 yeah true was still a fight a battle between 2 goats
@@Zsuper.mp4 Yeah same, it felt so short and lazy. It's like the writers didn't wanted to animate it. Or they just wanted Ryuga and Kyoya to be equal 1-1 in terms of the amount they won against each other
6:40 im sorry but you are wrong Gingka still didn't use full Power of Pegasus his strongest move is galaxy nova yes he used it againdt sol blaze guy named helios gingkas full Power is still galaxy nova
Would've beat ryuga if not for plot
Did kyoya master rock leone in metal masters ?
Nah he mastered it completely beginning of fury
You spelled Tsubasa wrong
Come on, yall, kyoya is basically the vegeta of beyblade but better and vegeta wishes to be like kyoya
Day 1 of yu video
Oi
Ryuga still the goat of beyblade
Kyoya=Vegeta cheap copy
You mention that Kyoto never cheats or tries to get an advantage, but he does in the first episode of Metal Fury when he takes Ginkga to an island where his special move will do more damage. He even states this in the episode.
It’s mainly an advantage for Leone rather a disadvantage specifically for Pegasus. But yeah I did clarify this in the vid with text
Ryuga victim
Both Nemesis victim
Ryuga is a literal victim to both L Drago and Kyoya lmao
I like Kyoya better in Fury...At least he helps Gingka and the others, fighting Ryuga, and he even admits that he is selfish in reject helping them and distancing from them.
In the battle against Rago he does the Barrier without doubts and he doesnt lose at all his personality
It’s crazy how Kyoya is so consistently stronger than Gingka past his first two losses (I’m on my agenda)
stronger yet draws. Gingka wasn't just as drawn to winning as in the first seasons. When he was against Nemesis he was the last one standing against it
@@InsightSplash1Draws due to plot armor.
Ain’t no way he’s the goat over ryuga
Bro literally never got his get back 4:48😂 the ryuga slander is wild
Debatable. Kyoya at least has skill and talent and doesn't require plot amour like Ryuga and Gingka. And is still on their level.
@@prabhjotdhesi4015Yea Ryuga won that fusion fight bc of plot armor to ensure the Gingka vs Ryuga rd 2. Besides if Kyoya did beat Gingka once throughout the Metal series, his reason to fight would been diminished completely from the show and it wont the same meaning atp anyways. \
@@KyoyaTategamiLEO Ryuga didn't technically win the battle. He lost. L drago won, therefore, he advanced itself and Ryuga to the next round.
kyoya is way above jenka

ryuga still the fucken goat
This whole video is just wrong
