Hey Shane, great videos man! I have a question. How do you handle a situation where a client wants to make upgrades or changes to the scope? For example, adjuster approved the replacement of all the continuous flooring throughout the main floor and the client decided to put a transition strip and just do one room. She then wants to use the money that would’ve gone to replacing all of the floors to doing something else like adding cabinets and extending her countertop space. Is this type of activity allowed? Every insurance claim job I’ve had the client requests improvements and changes to the scope. I’m in the Portland OR metro area and most of our insurance claims we get are due to pipes freezing and busting causing interior damage to kitchens and bathroom.

Stop, don't get one. Buy the program. I took it, I would've saved $8000 if I just took the program first. Don't feel like your taking an L, your paying shane to walk you through on how to know your head from your feet in restoration. For what he's charging, just hand over your credit card. Hell, he charged me twice. I should've been mad, I WASN'T this is a no BS course everyone should take.

I am warning you the advice seems so incredibly practical and dumb, and that’s because it is. Either way; pay for it
