You can list facts without spoiling something. You could've left it off at what can and can't kill them but you went out of your way to say something extra that spoils.
If I remember correctly the actual reason behind them all having mustaches it's because the Viltrumite's grow it as tradition in honor of the Viltrum empire, and furthermore that actually comes into play when Oliver grows a mustache when he goes undercover to further prove his allegiance to Thragg and, "The old ways."

A heart would be just as easy to regenerate as any other organ but the Brain is a whole different ball game. Completely destroying the heart for someone that can regenerate would be like destroying a wing of a jet, a problem yes, but not life ending if you can regenerate, the brain tho would be like taking the pilot out of the cockpit, quite literally actually. Unless the regenerating isn’t all that strong and being without a heart for as long as it would take to regenerate probably would kill you, but then if they still die by losing their brain then his statement is flat out wrong. Unless the healing isn’t actually controlled by the brain and it kinda just happens, or it requires constant blood flow or something like that and so no heart=no blood flow, no blood flow=no healing, no healing=death. And if that is the case I think it’s just unnecessary complexity to a rather simple ability

Because unless the writer forgot or didn’t care, or magic or the likes are involved, I do not believe there is a normal healing factor capable of not only healing the brain in its entirety but also have the person be unaffected whatsoever

My theory is that there dna is very stable and heal/fixs its self when the cell do mitosis the partner's dna becomes thinner while the viltrumite dna become stronger with the down side that they age faster and have to mature more to reach there full potetial
