I got bored the other day and stumbled one on here called "Sparks" about some off-brand superhero based on a comic the director made, featuring gross shape shifting stuff, a killer villain named Jesus (a priest), horrible CGI, and Clancy mf'ing Brown as a knock off Batman/spoiler villain.
It feels right up their alley.

The ice fight makes me think of a much better movie, called Chocolate. An autistic girl has to find money for her mother's cancer treatment. BY kung fu fighting. Muay thai, I think. There's a series of themed fights: ice facory, cardboard box warehouse, slaugherhouse, dojo. Then there's a great fight scene up and down the side of a building. Great film.

Here’s a recommendation I’m writing while half asleep.
I’m from South Africa, and in 2010 a locally made movie was released here on dvd. It’s called “Eternity” and I saw it among the new releases for a few weeks.
Then I heard my friends start to talk about how bad this film is. And by the sounds of it, it was BAAAAAAD. So bad, in fact, that one day the dvds I would see on store shelves of it were just GONE. I have vague memories of hearing the film was so terrible that stores just decided to completely ditch it or something. I have never seen even one dvd of it since that time.
So what’s it about? One sentence:
Vampire movie trying to cash in on Twilight fever but vampirism is a clumsy metaphor for AAAAAIIIIDS.
I have no idea how you’d find a copy to watch. Possibly it’s on CZcams or something. But I feel it might be up you guys’ alley. Just look for “south africa vampire movie”

I feel like Garry Daniels was a decent martial artist who didn't really get many roles that were worthy of his skills. He isn't a good actor, but he's a skilled martial artist. He didn't have the screen presence that Van Damme does, and his charisma won't reach Jackie Chan levels anytime soon, but I still think he deserved a little more popularity than he got. He is one of those B-movie martial arts stars that was more physically skilled than his lack of star power suggests.
To be honest, I like him more than Van Damme and Steven Segal, controversial opinion as it may be. Van Damme was always a bit more arrogant than I would like, and Segal always rubbed me the wrong way in regards to his delusions of grandeur and arrogance far greater than anything even Van Damme could muster. I also remember reading somewhere that Gary Daniels also did have a Kickboxing career for a while, and if true, that's really awesome! :D

I think Gary Daniels will have his best acting opportunities now that he's older. When he was younger, he was just there, a body, albeit a spectacular body...but he gets more compelling as a personality as he gets more mature. I would totally love to see him playing someone's father or a professor, a business professional...
