Sky have definitely missed a trick by not having a box that contact to in the internet so they can all the benefits of skyQ without a dish Especially for people who got decent TVs already can’t get a dish on Their property or how live in places with a Communal dish that hasn’t been upgraded to take skyQ

There is no Head Phone or Bluetooth system . To be honest actually this tv is made for Hotel , Club and resturant or for Office of Public place. This is my humble request to the Sky that my answer question please.
Don’t waste your money we bout it and all tho it looks good everything about it is a complete mess and a pain to use there’s no recording feature which doesn’t sound that annoying as u get the watch from beginning feature, except it glitches and doesn’t always work not to mension if ur more than about 10 mins behind it cuts u off at the end also there’s no catch up which makes jo recording even more annoying so basically u can only watch a program u miss such as on itv hun which is awful and full of adverts. The fast forward and rewind is awful as it’s not Satellite it runs on internet so when u press play it jumps back about 30 seconds which gets infuriating after a week. But by far the most annoying part is the sky puck plug who ever decided that a tv puck should have a fat plug sticking out quite literally about 2 inches deserves mental help it is impossible to wall mount with this and the only way u could is if u have built in boxes into the wall which most upstairs can’t have as walls are not think enough come on really nobody thought that would be an issue it’s embarrassing. My recommendation is stick to sky Q the remote may be nicer on sky glass but the software is shocking to think they released it in this state
I feel with streaming devices like chrome cast, they are much better value for money. Streaming is the future but it’s meant to work seamlessly which it mostly does for Chromecast although bbc iPlayer lacks the rewind feature, which is the app developers fault since I can rewind or get where I want to work every other streaming app on chromecast.
It's sky, of course they will, you aren't a customer of television services, you are a means to extract revenue from,advertisers. Do yourself a favour and ditch sky

Sky glass is absolutely terrible £1300 and sky ripped up my agreement as I’m Muslim and made me pay in one week they accused me of being an extremist because I changed my name , Cassius clay 🥊 changed his name , ignorant small minded bunch of bigots and for this much I could of got an OLED and for gaming it’s terrible , the volume control never worked right the software is terrible and the picture is bad and theHDR on the hdmi doesn’t work and the input lag is terrible it’s just so bad in every way except maybe the speakers and sound , oh and it developed light bleed after four weeks Also wouldn’t help me even tho I’m disabled they sent paramedics to my house after wasting my whole Saturday rather than technical fault finding and helping me
