Off Season GK session focused on shot stopping on different angles within the goal. Session covered more technical principles focusing around:
- Controlled footwork over small quick steps
- Bodyweight weight forward encouraging hand position in front of body
- Catches/parry being made in front of body for strong contact with ball
-Disciplined eye contact on ball seeing it all the way in.
