Goalkeeper Session| Ole Academy| First Team Goalkeepers| Shot Stopping And 1st Time Finishes
This was a matchday minus 2 session building up into crossing and finishing phase of play from the outfielders.
Training was on our matchday grass pitch instead of our usual turf training facility. A focus was to reintroduce how the ball both moved and bounced on our pitch.
We used the rebound board to give and more reactive scenario for the server when striking the shot, resulting in more reactive movements for the GK's
