Great videos that are easy to follow !
That makes since. Along with your motorcycle move the light bulb came on. I now can hit much straighter shots. And the snap makes me longer. For a 73 year old man this works wonders.
Right to left wind. Need to cut it into the pin.
Matchups, I’ve learned a lot from you on this subject 😊
I always play better when I play with a neutral grip, the problem is leaving the face open which results in pushes to the right. So turning the body is the key and releasing the wrists slightly as well.
I played today and had strong left hand on drives only .
It worked brilliantly , straight and long could really get through the ball .
Stopped my fade out to in swing
Be careful on gripping your driver different than the rest of your clubs. It will create a different set of match ups to work which will be incredibly difficult to manage on an off day
Thanks I’ll bear it in mind .
I always feel my driver is completely different from my iron work in every aspect , stance , set up , shoulders , tempo ect so the two rarely conflict .
I was thinking that with a strong grip I wouldn't have to manipulate wrist angles. With a weaker grip instructors tell you to bow the wrists or flatten it either in the backswing or downswing or both to get the clubface in strong position coming into impact.
This was 100% my issue as a kid. Started off way too strong with my grip which ingrained that cup wrist "load" feeling and all the poor technique measures to counter it. Took a long time to rectify. Good advice.
Ben Hogan played this way pretty successfully
@@thomastrain7311 Good for Ben Hogan who not only was one of the greatest hand-eye talents in the history of the sport, he hit hundreds of thousands of balls perfecting his craft.
Have you been watching my swing video 's haha
Point taken and noted, thanks
Haha glad you enjoyed it 👍🏼
John I never knew this. I can’t believe how many lessons I have had and know one has ever picked up on this. I literally have a strong grip with both hands, swing it flat and across the line! Thank you so much for your videos so much information and it’s free 👍
where did you get the net from please?
It’s an on par net 👍🏼
@@jchowngolf thanks
😁👍
Cheers bud
...and yet more than 90% of tour players on both men and women's tour have string grips?
Strong grips
Which I explain in this video. Tour players have incredible speed and almost all amateur golfers don’t. Again I explain this in the video in regards to shaft lean and strong grip match ups
@jchowngolf ok but if the grip is too weak shaft lean will open it loads so the grip club face relationship depends on the hip depth and rotation, right?
