Hi! 😊 I've been doing a trail runner for four years, and I'd like to admit that I haven't spent much time stretching until the trauma started (( Yes, I'm an idiot. Your videos really help me. Can you give me some advice? I will be grateful to you ❤️ Is there a video on your channel with training exercises? I jump on a jump rope often, can you advise how to improve the training? Maybe a little jump on the weight jump? Or is it just gonna hurt?
Hi Robson! I do have strength training videos on my channel but they are specific for runners and the muscles we use. I don’t have any knowledge of jump rope training unfortunately so I wouldn’t be able to offer good advice on that. The strength sessions I have are like this one…

Thanks for the video! Can I ask what kind of vivos you are running in? I've been wearing barefoot shoes for years, but I'm new to running, and I think the trail type vivos might be better than their primus 😅 Again, thanks for the video, I'm excited for my run!
You're so welcome Rose! My Vivos are Primus Trail FG for road and hard trails and I use the Hydra Esc for when the trails are wet and sloppy. 😀
Ash, awesome warm up!! I have a question. Is there a benefit to doing the warmup with your running shoes on vs barefoot?I tend to do mine barefoot, but I see you’re always in shoes. Thank you.

There’s definitely benefit to do your warmup barefoot as your feet muscles will get a good warmup and activation for sure, those help stabilise the body especially the big toe and lower leg muscles 🙌🏻
