What I really like about Julia is thar she is very natural. Her reactions, how she talks, how she delivers every details of every houses. She's just natural. She never leaves the viewers feel cringey, never gives an awkward feeling. I think that's what makes her different from other hosts of other house tour videos.

Yung mga una kung nakitang mga vídeo nyo kahit napakalaking mansion di masapawan ng kagandahan ni Mam Julia pero ito napakaganda talaga. Yung lahat ng hagdan parang stairway to heaven. Yung glass wall parang tumitira ka sa nature. Yung design ng lahat lahat parang ayaw kang paalisin sa bahay. Sa pilipinas ba talaga tung bahay?

Unfortunately, there’s no privacy from both sides. You’d be getting to the outdoor part of the house with the neighbors’ eyes on you. Why aren’t architects in the Philippines able to create private spaces for the houses they build? In developed countries, no matter how small your lot area is, neighbors don’t get a glimpse of you in your own home.

Great Views are the ones you actually paying for this property other than that lousy design concepts pretending that this property is in really exclusive village with no prying surrounding eyes but it's not base on neighboring surroundings, and crappy workmanship as per construction execution very obvious from the video itself! Overprice by an staggering amount!
