I booked a residential flat. But there was civil case in proposed land upon which flat is being. So i asked to refund my advance money but he didn't refund my hard earned money. Case is pending in consumer court since 2018.
Court processing is very slow. It is taking too much time. Government need to look in the matter to enhance court processing fast.So that complaints get relief fast
This is very informative. I had trouble with Amazon. I tried calling Amazon consumers for help, emailed them but was of no use. Even they emailed me saying we can not help with this issue. I logged a grievance on NCH, and just in two days, I got the refund. Thanks to you team !!😊

I thoroughly watched the video and I felt confident that I can also file a case on edaakhil online. I prepared all documents properly. I successfully filed a case against banks. The next day, I received a remark by the forum that my case does not fall within the territorial jurisdiction of this commission.
The case is regarding fraudulent UPI-based transactions that happened in my bank accounts. My address is of South Delhi and my bank's address is of South Delhi and Noida and I chose South Delhi. That's all.
What to do, please advise.

I sent a notice to service vendor and now vendor's advocate has sent a notice letter in reply to my notice that “the mentioned facts are not correct and If I proceed with case then I will be responsible for their cost & consequence if I loose the case".
Is it really true that consumer needs to bear the cost of vendor if case goes in vendor’s favor?

My question is an individual offered me packers and movers service and he did not provide any invoice. neither he told me the name of his company (perhaps the company may not be registered). If you have provided everything that is factual and NOT FAKE then no one can file a defamation case against you.
In consumer cases the company cannot do so but if you have made some charges against a person which you are not able to prove in court as in a civil case then the accused can make a defamation case.

You can call the customer care and request for a call back and tell them the issue and u want replacement...they wil help u out!!

I ordered a bed table from an online Instagram store (Kolkata) last month only & received it in broken & damaged condition. I have it's unboxing video & pics as well that I had DM to that lady.Also have mailed across same to her. She saw each DM of ours on her insta account but didn't reverted at all. We gave her numerous reminder to arrange the pick up of item & process refund, bt she simply ignored each msg & didn't uttered a single word nor did apologized once.
We filed a consumer complaint online to which she has replied & denied the fact that she haven't any received mail regarding same & that we are harassing her as she's a small business owner & easy target.
We have all proofs attached with filed complaint but it has been closed unresolved for us.
What to do next, plz enlighten??

1) Product is not delivered in mentioned time. And expected date is keep increasing.
2) Product not delivered and the order cancelled by them (they'll provide us refund as well) but took around 10-15 days after then they cancelled.

I'm using Poco x3 for 1.5 years. Companies used to give update every month.Few days ago after new update my phone got stuck. Front camera and speaker are not working. Thousand of people are facing same issue, I can provide screenshot of tweets. Now warranty period is end. So service centre is asking 10000 rupee for reparing.
If this isn't because of me then why should i pay. Company should accept their mistake and repair it free of cost.

On 6th Agust I ordered the ASUS TUF FX505DT LAPTOP FOR rs. 53,990 under prime day sale from Amazon. The payment was also successful, so they got their money. The expected date is by 18th August. After 5 days they cancelled my order by their self without even asking my concern. They are saying the laptop is out of stock. But between 06 August 2020 and 11th August 2020 amazon brought that product in stock for many times. If the laptop was out of stock so then why they are selling it again and again. And if it's in the stock then why they are not delivering to me. The price of the laptop on 8th August was around Rs. 64,000. There is huge gap of Rs. 10,000 - 11,000. And they are also telling me that if this product comes in the stock again wheather today or tomorrow or anyday then I have to buy it for that price. When I already have purchased it for Rs53,990 then why I have to pay so much price for same laptop. Why they cancelled the product without my consent it's their mistake so why I have to extra money for that. So I want to raise the complaint against them. I'm an student, I need this laptop urgently and I can't afford this one for Rs. 64,000. So I want that they just kindly delivered my product. They are saying they have cancelled the order so they can't reinitiate my order . It's their mistake so why should I suffer . They have to delivered it to me.
