First of all salute to your service for human betterment.
Sir, I want to file a complaint but my builder's have done all illegal work.
1.No NOC is taken and construction was completed. Even though asking again and again.
2. Builder has got 7 notice but didn't responded and building was demolished by municipal corporations after say within 14 days of whole payment done.
3. Builder has not given any agreement documents even though asking again and again and lastly at the time of possession gave notarized document say General power of Attorney and Kabja Karar.
4. Builder is now asking us to have patience and remain quiet as they will reconstruct after 6 months. Builder threatens us tht if we will file complain Thn they want return our money nor flat.
Sir, this ws my hard earn money.
I am stuck in debt and lost my property.
Kindly guide me and am I liable to get justice???

This is common practice by private builders in Delhi NCR. There are so many cases filed against every builder that now they don't even take such things seriously. A lot is done under the table and the Indian judiciary system is surely one of the worst in the world. I hope you are in a better situation now.

the problem is indian systems is they're very very inefficient, idhar bnda is boiling with anger.. fraud ho gaya uske sath, and sadly going through itna sara process, ab jese ek shop wo log 15 rupaye (maximum retail price) ke coldrink ko 20 me bechte hai, aur purchasing cost uska koi 5-7 rupaye hoga, ab uske liye koi baith ke itna sara process karta rahe.. it's just like saying let them do whatever they want to but also saying we have a system to address the issue
Respected sir, I paid my electricity bill through ONE TIME SATTLEMENT SCHEME. But ,after the payment it should be zero of my bill but it still shows pending of 1717 rupees . I have ordered 3 Shirts from Ajio they sent only one Shirt inside the packet and I found only one Shirt. Just a quick question. Amazon delivered someone else’s order and mapped it to my order. The order number, mrp, quantity etc written on packing is totally different. I was out of city and raised the concern the moment I arrived. Now return window closed yesterday only. In addition, the item specified on packing slip is not even matching the product inside. First Time I filed in Thane court. My case is reverted citing jurisdiction issue. Next time I selected Mumbai Jurisdiction, but this time also reverted due to territorial jurisdiction issue. Pls. guide. I filed online.
As per consumer protection act 2019, there's no such jurisdictional limitation. You can file first appeal before Mumbai consumer commission, quoting consumer law.

Hello sir i purchased Mi phone through flipkart ,in exchange of old phone but the delivery boy rejected to take back my old phone because of some physical defects and asked to full amount in return. But in exchange policy of flipkart any physical damage will only lead to reduction in value of old phone nor the rejection of phone . My phone is in full working condition with original bill , charger ,box ,usb cable but delivery boy still rejected my phone .When i asked him regarding the chart through which value is reduced he clearly said they doesnt believe in such charts . Companies make such charts to fool customers, in ground reality more than one or two physical damage they will not accept the phone , such thing was not in flipkart's exchange policy .Also he cancelled my order from his side. I filed complain on edakhil using the file format shared by you. After two days I got a notification saying that you need to visit a particular branch of District court. I visited the branch and they are telling to file offline. Is this edakhil website just for wasting time only?

Sir my broker Paytm Money in this monthly payout (means if I don't trade for a month money transferred to bank) .
They faultly send me my money twice .
1st on 8 October and 2nd in 10 October
After a few day later I understood they send faulty .
(they did phone call )So I return their money on 13 October by adding money in Paytm trading account what they told me in phone.
After a day in my bank account holded by them .
I didn't checked my bank account until 31 October.
I did complaint to that company's deveoper team and twitter on November 1
It's already 17 day is passed out when this was not known to me .and after compaint 10 day .
