I knew before he said it that Keith has social anxiety. He talks like a person that is more comfortable talking one on one or in his car. I respect him for acknowledging that but still doing his thing.

You can tell by his lack of eye contact and how much he says without pausing or stopping almost like he wants to hurry and answer so he can get it over with.
