Chelsea forward, England international and PFA Women's Players' Player of the Year Fran Kirby has spoken out about her journey back into football after losing her mum, Deni and her battle with mental health and injury trauma.
Strong is... is a three-part documentary series which follows the journeys of the most distinguished players and personalities in the women's game, dealing with subjects ranging from personal tragedy and injury trauma, mental health, sexuality and self-confidence.

Fran Kirby you are without a shadow of a doubt one of the greatest ever female goalscorers ever . so much so I have watched women's football since it started then Casey Stoney formed man United ladies team . I often watch Manchester United ladies teams at Leigh sports village . And the England lionesses which I think will win euro 2022 . Hopefully praying 🙏 you are well enough to play . England lionesses play alot better than the England men most of the time. I've seen in the past. You score a wonderful 3rd goal against Germany in the Arnold Clarke Cup running 60yrds in the 93rd minute of the last game looping the ball over the German Goalkeeper . A great goal. As I said previously get well soon your country needs you back.

I guess such tragedy in early stage of your life makes you the kind of person as "Super Fran" felt in her teenage and coming over it, is very difficult and no matter whatever you do, some part of it stays with you forever. I'm glad but sad that I'm not the only person who felt the same and there are number of people out there who go through that tough period and feel changed their life forever... very heart touching documentary.
It's great that how some videos can change your perspective about other people in just blink of an eye. Before this I was thinking Fran is just one of those very good,talented and gifted football players like Ronaldo, Messi, Salah, etc.. but now as a person she earns more respect from me.. Go Fran, this year Champions League is waiting for you again. Last year we as a club reached Semis but this year it will be ours.

Fran super fran Kirby am a great adviser like Emma Hayes you will in time again return to play football again for Chelsea and England . You have to tell your self in the biggest mirror in your house and say I will play football again and I will get better stronger faster like I have done before today if you have done it once you can do it again with the right treatment advice help and support. You are 1 of the greatest female players ever to grace a pair of football boots ever to grace on a football pitch the lionesses will miss you deeply and your best and the Chelsea full team the wsl has gone monumental over the past 10 years and you Chelsea Manchester city Arsenal and now Manchester United . And you are a massive team player in Chelsea team and England ladies team . GET WELL SOON AND PLEASE RETURN.
