She couldn't get in the team and has been relegated to a sub this season. It's better that she plays for another team as a starter than rot on the bench at Chelsea, that would be a waste.

I read all the sad comments from fans. Fran was great for Chelsea, but as a neutral I have never seen them as struggling with star players who make the team seem like it is not moving forward, like I have said about Arsenal, who remind me of Leeds men's team in 1970s.
I reckoned Aggie could have had more game time this season, but Fran has played as she was asked. The game is moving forward quickly and Fran will want game time to try and stay involved with England, I assume and keep making us smile, not cry.
