Our #HD800 series ear cups consist of over 800 steel threads. First, each thread is tested for quality and strength before being wound onto spools. Here you see threads from each spool being sorted and collected into one thick strand. Once this is complete, the collective strand will be tension tested. Just another small but important step in bringing world class audiophile quality to the world.
