The kitten guy wasn't trying to sell cats! How stupid! He was trying to find that kittens owners. All they had to do is say it's not theirs. Calling him " a wierdo selling cats" is ridiculous. You know, not EVERYONE ringing a doorbell is up to no good!

While he may have come across as a bit goofy to some by talking to the kitten like that, he didn’t come across like a weirdo or creepy or malicious.

At this point in time, you should never have your door unlocked for either your house or your car. People should not be able to just walk in or get in. I can’t understand people that don’t take at least the basic precautions, more if you live in a high crime area. People will kill you.

1) Good grief. That was no weirdo selling kittens. She found a stray and was looking for it’s home. 2) There is nothing more gross than a man with his hand in his pant trying to get in your door. 3) And development is running coyotes out of their homes 😔
1. I agree, the number of comments that agree that the person/people with the kitten had some sort of nefarious or malicious intent, or that they were creepy or weird is astounding.
You can hear the guy as he talks “to the cat” which, ok, could be construed as a little odd but not threatening, and he mentions finding where the cat lives.
3. The homeowner looks to have dishonestly on the porch for food and water, presumably for their pet or neighborhood strays. But those inevitably will attract more than just cats and dogs.

But I dug a little more and found a site “Radio Reference Wki” that has 10-92 listed as the code for a Mental Case.
I don’t know why the police wouldn’t try to do something about it, just because someone is a mental case doesn’t mean they should be allowed to have free reign and break the law.
